Poor courier service
I would give 5 but sadly the courier company you use let you down every time, 2 orders an both dumped by the courier an not delivered to my door, otherwise a great company to deal with

Product is TOP Quality not the delivery service.
I cannot rate something that has not arrived yet and dont know what has happened to the package. Last communication was, it will be delivered 1st July 26. Still waiting sadly.
UPDATE: Monday 6th July 26
Finally, Royal Mail has decided to make some progress with the delivery. I have to be honest: Royal Mail is the weak point in your service chain. The PB Swiss C6.400/8 PrecisionBit Torx Screwdriver Bit T8 is pure quality and looks incredibly well made. The delivery process has been extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on the overall customer experience. I would strongly recommend reviewing your choice of courier, because this is where the service is falling short. I absolutely LOVE you PrimeTools but strongly dislike your logistics partner.
