I arrived at 7:45pm From Dallas to LAX tonight, and it’s very sad that I am still standing out here at Lax waiting on my driver to pick me up, and take me home. Also I will like to mention that I have received five text from different driver’s stating that they are 5-10 min away. Wow this is crazy! If you can avoid Prim Time please try super shuttle or some other company. I called and spoke with the supervisor, and told her how long me and my husband been here waiting, and she stated to me you have not been waiting long at all. Prim time will never get a dime from me again.

Terrible! If I could I would give NO STARS! They cancelled by mom's pick up at Union Station in Los Angeles with no ride home. My mom is 87 years old! They said the van picking her up had mechanical problems. OK I get that but no back up! My elderly mom was left there in Los Angeles! When I called to see why no back up ride was arranged the customer service rep SAM was indifferent! Not caring just figure out myself! Makes me wonder how many times this happens! I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know that this company is not service minded or caring! To leave an elderly women in Los Angels is appalling!

Great driver, Courteous and friendly.

Drivers were courteous but not engaging. A little late on the pick ups but reached our destinations on time. I don’t like that they drive 80-90mph. I wouldn’t feel comfortable riding with my own family member at that high rate of speed let alone a complete stranger. It’s Very unsettling to have to put your entire family in a situation where you are at the mercy of a complete strangers driving ability and split second reaction.

The driver never showed up. I was told it was because of an accident. There were no accidents that morning. I had to drive myself to airport and pay for 10 days parking.

Our plane was 30 minutes getting to the gate , but the driver was there greeting us with a smile. He was most friendly and courteous. We could not ever expect better service.

We arrived early and contacted PrimeTime via text messages. Within a few minutes, our driver was able to meet up with us and get us on our way. Very fast and efficient. The driver was quick and courteous and we arrived at our hotel sooner than expected. The van looked old and warn, which concerned my son. Overall, great service and we would use them again.

The last booking was unsuccessful. I booked for my aunt and I provided her cellphone number however she was not contacted. When she called the customer service line they told her there was no reservation. Eventually a ride was provided however she was almost late for her flight. According to the email update it stated she was picked up and dropped off on time. That was incorrect.

Mostly okay, very timely.

Made a reservation and prepaid in advance for a weeknight at 10:00pm. It seems driver was double booked. He did not show up until after 10:30, leaving me virtually alone in a fairly dark empty airport. Fault lies with the company, not the apologetic driver.

Our driver Saeed drove me and my children from Disneyland to LAX..i am really nervous travelling fast and he kindly drove a bit slower and not close to the cars in front. Excellent drive.

In general, I'm really very satisfied with this service and will continue using it. This times we had some smaller issues as the App on the mobile phone did not work out as it should. Nevertheless it was still a positive experience as I got a call from the company and we found a solution within reasonable time. Like it!

On time, clean car!

Last week's ride was canceled after driver no show with no alternative provided. This week's ride happened with no issues but flight tracking could have improved wait time for pickup and tracking didn't work as well as expected.

Great value service . Very few taxis at the station so we were very glad we organised this shuttle . Great correspondence and updates via the app . Recommended

I booked and paid for a prime+ and was called at 3:45 a.m that the shuttle would be 15 mins. Late (7:00 am in lieu of 6:45) and because of a driver shortage there would an additional party on thevan. When he arrived there were two people on the van and the driver informed me that he would make one more stop on the way before dropping me of at SNA . Furthermore, the basic rate I was quoted was $28.00 plus $5.00 airport fee but my receipt was for $32.00 plus $5.

Shuttle broke down. Got the call about 15 minutes before pickup. Dispatcher tells me that no other shuttle available and to please make own arrangements for transportation. Advised that she was going to call back to confirm that my credit card would be credited.
Never received call back. Grrr!!!

Highly recommend! Driver came on time and was professional

The worst service ever, had to wait 3 hours after 15 hours on the plane to get picked up. Had to call several times to find out what was going on and phone operators kept lying that a driver would pick me up in 5 minutes and this got repeated numerous times. Please avoid booking this company because this was the second experience with them and I bet they won't care... I wish I could give them _ 10*

The driver was good - downtown LA can get a bit confusing to find. However he knew the shortcuts to get to the airport in plenty of time.
