I recently collected the keys to my new flat which had carpets which looked (and smelled) as if they had been rarely vacuumed – let alone cleaned! I called Prime Steam on the Wednesday – explained the situation being urgent and they were kindly able to fit me in on the Friday after their last booking.

Although pretty shocked at the level of dirt, Albert worked extremely hard, taking his time to do a great job. The carpets were cleaned exceptionally well – and were all left looking (and smelling) very clean and fresh – much more so than I could have hoped for!

We recently used Prime Steam to clean our bedroom carpets and an armchair. Albert was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with, from the initial call to the job itself. He was totally transparent about the pricing structure (which I found very reasonable) and whether certain marks and stains would come out. I was unsure whether I would need to replace my bedroom and hallway carpets due to a couple of really stubborn stains (dark on a cream wool carpet) acquired over the years. I was really impressed with Prime Steam - not only have the stains completely gone but the carpets have a new lease of life. Also, he was so polite, considerate of my house and pets, and also very knowledgeable. He was very upfront about the machines used and how they worked, completed the job on time and for a really competitive price. I would happily use Prime Steam again and am happy to recommend.
