BUYER BEWARE!
Ordered item at the end of November with quoted delivery by 20th December- when tracking stopped on 19th December prime settings just told me to wait for delivery! When I had to purchase an alternate gift on Christmas Eve they told me to continue to wait for delivery.
When I requested a refund they said they’d sent it & it was down to the courier which is not the law - my contract is with them & they’ve been paid, they won’t raise a lost item with courier to claim on the insurance & I have now had to refer this to credit card company.
Happy to take the money not happy to deliver any customer service- AVOID THIS COMPANY

I absolutely love all the items I purchased from Prime Settings. Their jewelry is beautiful and custom made. I just purchased almost $4000.00 in gold earrings and I am 100% satisfied. I have purchased my husband's wedding band and my bridal ring set has come from Prime Settings. When I want the best 100% genuine jewelry I wouldn't get it from anywhere else. Real gold and real silver at reasonable prices. It doesn't get any better than that.

I had ordered a beautiful engagement ring from Prime Settings. I then asked them to create a wedding band to match the engagement ring. They created the mold, cast the metal, then finished the task. The wedding band was perfect! My Fiancee is very happy!

I was hesitant at first making such a large and important purchase on line. Prime setting was all they said they were. They kept me up to date on the progress of the ring, they were accurate on weight, clarity and color of the stone (had it independently appraised) and for an outstanding price. I will definitely use Prime Settings again and have recommended them to friends and family.

Was very pleased with the help from the sales staff of Prime Settings and also the follow up with keeping us informed as to the progress of building and shipping the ring. Very satisfied with the final product and would recommend to anyone. The only blemish would be the sales staff not being proactive in mentioning the 6 month (no interest) payment plan that the company was promoting.

Great customer service, the earrings i ordered are beautiful and real! I had them verified by a local jeweller (real diamonds and gold). Shipment came fairly quickly, it took about 4-5 business days in total. The price was great, there was definitely a deal, it came with a lifetime warranty and certificate.
