I like the customer service but the shipping company (FedEx) that deliver out of the US is terrible. The delivery is expected door to door, but FedEx delays the process by asking for commercial invoice when every shipment is delivered with an invoice... While the process is in Primera Technology, the experience deserves 5 stars! Excellent!

Edited: I have invested nearly $10,000 with this company and currently own two Primera Eddie printers for my businesses. Their customer service is truly top-tier. When I experienced an issue with one of the printers, their team responded quickly and went above and beyond to resolve it. This level of support should give you confidence when purchasing from them, knowing they are committed to finding solutions that work for their customers.

Small business needing many labels? Stay away.
We have a Primera LX3000 color label printer, which is Primera's 'top of the line' color printer selling for more than $3,000. It came with the company when we bought a coffee roasting company's assets, and Primera technology is the singular worst business-critical technology company I've ever had to work with. Literally out of 200 labels printed weekly, 10 labels are usable. We've trouble-shooted, paid repair people, tried ourselves, tried many different types of label stock including Primera-only. The company's products are abhorrent for direct-to-consumer. I would do better going to Goodwill and buying four printers, and it would literally produce more labels, faster, at higher quality than Primera LX3000.
You should notice that Primera Technology doesn't allow individual product reviews. That's on purpose, because the business people who have to USE the printer categorically hate Primera.

Bravo blu disc publisher refurbished paid $2,499 + tx = almost $2,800 .
Screw me over , never ship cause I did not buy new $3,999.
That's high price overcharge for obsolete disc that people don't really buy anymore. Why keep advertising refurbished that you are not going to sell . Worst company horrible no customer service
