I have only just started using Prime Prometics makeup & I love all the products the mascara is so easy to use & my lashes are looking wonderful no clumps. I have the primer & foundation which I love great colour in fact I feel it’s the best foundation I have ever used! I also have the brightener/ highlighter & the peony blusher both easy to use & look good also the eyeshadow is lovely brightens my eyes I am planning to get the eyeliner next & more mascara 👍🥰 Easy to order & comes promptly Patricia

I am very happy with my Primeeyes Brightener. I have two shades and will be getting more. They go on smoothly and are so flattering.
The company is quick to respond to customers. I had an issue with something and they went above and beyond to solve it promptly.
I will definitely be purchasing more of my make up items from Prime Prometics.

I genuinely LOVE the Prime lash mascara. I started with the Mulberry color and decided to try out the Emerald color as soon as it came out. Best decision I've made on makeup ever! I have hazel eyes and the Emerald makes my eye color pop. The way it glides on smooth, covers and elongates each lash and stays on all day without flaking is truly a dream. After years of searching for the best option for my sensitive eyes I have definitely found it!

I use a variety of Prometics products and have consistently been pleased with how well they work on my skin. I am 72 but don’t look nearly that age, thanks in large part to my Prometics skin care and cosmetics. The eye brighteners and mascara bring lots of compliments!

Before I found Prime Prometics products, I had been an Estée Lauder customer for 25 years. But Estee's Doublewear mascara had always wound up under my eyes, which looked terrible. My skin got drier as I aged, and even Estee's hydrating foundation settled into my fine lines. I saw an ad for Prime Prometics on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I absolutely LOVE the Prime mascara! It doesn't wind up under my eyes, and makes my lashes look great. I do find that it takes more effort to remove than the Doublewear did, but the trade off is worth it. It does start to flake off a little after about ten hours. Overall, it's a keeper for me. The color changing foundation turned yellow on my face (I returned it with no problem), so I now use the CC foundation. It does not settle into fine lines like the Estee does. I've been very happy with the majority of products I've ordered, and I'm a repeat customer. I've spent quite a bit of money on Prime Prometics products, so that I can eventually replace everything in my makeup repertoire. The only thing I'm not happy with is the length of time it takes to receive orders that I made on the website, and the lack of communication from the carriers. The last order I made took two weeks to come in, and I could not get updates for up to five days at a time. Of the multiple orders I've made from the website, only one was received in what I consider a reasonable amount of time.

Other companies should take notes on what customer service looks like.
I received my order well before it was estimated. The primer felt nice. Light, did what it’s supposed to do. The color changing foundation didn’t match well for me, but the formulation was good. Clearly a high quality product. When I contacted customer service (instructions nice and clear on the website) requesting their refund, I did not expect a response on a weekend. I got one. One question later, clarifying which items I would like refunded, and my refund was processed.
So not only are these excellent products, they truly feel like they’re for women over 25, and if they’re not quite right for you, the company stands by their policy. I will definitely explore other products.

I love Prime Prometics. I struggled to find a mascara which didn’t smudge during the day Prime doesn’t. The eyeliner is gentle and has a fab range of colours. I LOVE Prime and have just started using the foundation and will be using nothing l other than Prime now!

I tried to leave a 2* review for the color changing foundation. It does not last all day and starts sliding off.
I reviewed it twice and both times it says “review submitted” yet it is not showing on their website.

Having reached my 81st year in this life, I have tried most all beauty products available. I keep coming back to Prime. It's a product I can count on to give me the best results possible for my aging skin. I use the mascara, eye brow pencil, and most recently the concealer pencil the most. It's reassuring to find a great company I can trust to continue to deliver the best results for me.

These products exceeded my expectations. I am now using their mascara, eyeliner and color changing foundation. I was skeptical at first due to the price but as a 60 year old consumer it was well worth it. I feel very confident with these products & receive many compliments when using them.

After trying many mascara's over the years this is the ultimate. It lifts and separates my eyelashes perfectly. Great for all day wear and washed off great. Definitely recommend prime prometic to mascara. Takes a while to arrive but worth the wait.

I’m 62, and have always worn a full face of makeup, with a ton of black mascara. I’ve been looking for a more natural look, that actually lasts until I take it off, but waterproof is too harsh. I saw the claims and thought the price was right, so I went for it. It was EVERYTHING I expected, and more! My first time wearing it out, I went to TWO FUNERALS, and had literally NO SMUDGING! The only way you knew I had been crying, were my red eyes and nose, because my makeup stayed exactly where it went! 10 out of 10, will definitely recommend!!!!

Every product meets up with what they are advertised to be. The Customer Support is great.

Products are of the highest quality. They are easy to use and make my 65 year old skin look fabulous.

Pleasantly surprised about the eye liner, it actually stays in place all day, no smears nu runs. Always have trouble with that before .

I have been using Prime's Color Changing Foundation for almost a year. I am 79 years old and have tried many different products was always unhappy with them. I couldn't seem to find one that matched my skin tone and didn't look too heavy when I used extra to try to cover the age spots on my face. Prime's product is so easy to apply and blends the different colors of skin on my face.
I also use the mascara. The brush is just the type of brush I couldn't find in the many different mascaras that I tried in the past. The mascara stays on all day and is very easy to remove with just water at the end of the day.
The brighteners glide on smoothly and give an instant lift to my eyes.
I have recommended these products to my 50 year old daughter who just loves it and uses them daily.
I recently purchased the foundation, makeup brush and mascara for my sister for her birthday. I missed putting her apartment number on the shipping address and the post office returned the parcel to your company. When I sent an email explaining the problem your customer service representative replied immediately (even though it was the weekend) and immediately sent a new bundle to my sister!
