I made a purchase and received an item that nobody remotely matched what I ordered. I emailed the merchant they asked for images of the product…. I sent them the images they requested. They do not honor their return policy.
The return policy says they will refund you your full amount as long as the tags are on, the original packaging is available and the item is not worn. All of which was true in my case.
My Bank was gracious enough to stop the payment and credit me back what I lost. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money.
This is a dishonestly run business. And if you were to look up their Pensacola address on their website, it’s an empty parking lot.
And my item has a shipping return address from Pakistan.
Save yourself some headache and stay away.

I wanted to track my recent order to Primejackets, but unfortunately had misplaced my order number. When I contacted the company for my number, Trustpilot replied to my email in a prompt and professional manner. Upon my request, I received excellent customer service.

I ordered suits from this company. It said they were located in Florida, they are actually located in Saudi Arabia. When it had been a couple weeks and I didn't have an update on my order I tried email them, my emails were returned undeliverable. I tried to call the number listed on the website, the number listed rang busy all hours of the day and night. I put in a request for them to call me, I received no call. I filed a case with my credit card company and Prime Jackets committed fraud. They forged a document containing a tracking number of a package that was delivered in my town and made it look like it was delivered to my house. It was in fact shipped from a plasma lab to a plasma lab. Not my house!
Stay far away from this company! Major Scam!!!

I would give them a ZERO if I could. I received an outfit for a 6’ 1 male that didn’t fit and looks better in a 5’8 female. The color was very different than tje pictures. It had shoulder pads in the shoulders. I am trying to get return and it is impossible to communicate with someone and get a return

The product came in late, in the wrong size & won't get back to me to return the item. Save your money & try somewhere else.

Do yourself a favor if you are going to order anything from this company, try calling one of their many phone numbers. Trust me, you will not get through to any of them. That should tell you all you need to know. They all seem disconnected.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY SCAM YOU. ORDERED A JACKET AND IT WAS FOR KIDS AND THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE.

Bought a jacket for Christmas doesn’t fit properly reach out just for an exchange did not want my money back, they asked for pictures of the jacket with tags did that asked for pictures of length of the coat I don’t understand that but did it. They never responded again. Multiple times I reached out saying I only wanted an exchange and they just ignore you. Stay away buy from someone else

COPY CAT Products, Product is very poor quality, made with cheap material, and stickers for the design. Very deceiving if you have an original product of the one you are purchasing. Contact number does not work, they do not respond to any emails, and the orders does not update on their website after you order a product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Originally there was some mistakes made on the garments, but they made it right and gave me a full refund. Thank you!

I'm very disappointed with shopping in this place Primejackets.com. When I saw the pictures of the product, I was convinced they have a quality product. It didn't happen. The product was defective, the proportions on the jacket were different from the picture that promoted the jacket. The material is cheap. the construction of the jacket, like a beginner sewer, made it. Just, a couple of times wearing it, it is holes all over inside the jacket, and the stitches are off. Since the beginning I noticed the proportion of the jacket, was too small for the size that I ordered. I tried to send it back but they didn't accept devolutions, that was my first mistake, starting a business with a company that is not accepting devolutions. They just offered me 75% money back and keep with the jacket. They didn't have other options for me. I wasn't happy but what could I do? I kept the jacket but as I told you it ripped out from the inside every time that I used it inside the wholes are getting bigger. What a waste of money. don't buy from this company

This very expensive hoodie was completely ruined by the material they used. It was like wearing a garbage bag. I requested a refund after I sent photos of how poorly this was made and had to negotiate with them to get at least 75% of my purchase price back. Warning, do not use them, their products are terrible and wayyyy over priced.

INFERIOR PRODUCT AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPLIES

I order and received my jacket, but had 2 problems with it. It did not fit, and it is an inferior, poorly made product. I just want to return it and get my money back.

I have emailed 5 times, attempted their Contact page on their website twice and called and left a message by phone. I HAVE RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM ON HOW TO RETURN MY PRODUCT.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Stay away! I ordered a jacket for my husband Black Friday weekend thinking it was just a regular deal for that weekend. I cried when I opened the package. It's beyond cheaply made, completely wrong color, the wool is so scratchy with a very cheap silky lining, nothing in between those 2🤦🏻‍♀️ embroidery not sewn on completely & the letters weren't even cut out all the way to actually show the full letter. I wish this site allowed us to post photos. Please stay away! Multiple emails with no response, except 1... They offered me 50% of my money back! When I said no, I haven't gotten any more from them. 4 emails zero response! I'm praying my bank can handle this dispute & help as clearly this place is fraudulent!

What a SCAM! This place sells garbage products and has no customer service. The jacket has glue stains, broken button and a weird smell. Tried emailing, call back request multiple times and all the phone numbers I found are disconnected. Stay away!!!

I ordered a jacket and after 2weeks, it came. The jacket was $99 and it was poor quality and not worth $25. Plus, it did not fit and I just wanted to return it. However, their email address gives me a MAIL FAILURE as it has too many complaints or they closed it. No phone good number to call. I have NO way to contact or to return and get my money back. SCAM COMPANY OR JUST POOR QUALITY COMPANY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Please do NOT buy from them! Huge scams!!! I ordered a jacket for my husband. The jacket we received looked absolutely cheap! It runs very small and the embroidered/design looked pretty crooked. We emailed them MANY times to try to get our money back and no response at all. They totally ghosted us. So what I did, I tried to open a dispute with my bank and finally we got our money back.

Don’t buy from this company. I order a coat it did not fit and they have not responded to my emails to return. The quality of the wool is poor and it has a terrible odor. The only choice is to throw it in the trash and lose the money I spent on it. I thought it was coming from the FL address, but the shipping was from Pakistan. Very disappointed they are allowed to post online.
