​I ordered a wardrobe and chest of drawers on August 27th, and what followed was four days of pure incompetence and wasted time.
​My original delivery date was pushed back to late Friday or early Saturday morning. Saturday came and went with no delivery. I was then told it wouldn't arrive until Sunday evening, alongside a ridiculous demand to pay cash on delivery before they would even contact a fitter—which would have meant someone working in my home at 9:00 PM on a Sunday night.
​In the end, the furniture never even turned up.
​Their customer service is appalling, their communication is non-existent, and they completely lack basic professionalism. I canceled the entire order. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

Furniture arrived severely damaged after waiting months for delivery, and a couple of days after delivery refuse to return money. Disgusting company and advise to avoid and all cost. Lies, excuses, changing versions of reasons on a daily basis, very poor quality furniture that will break before it is delivered. Sale of goods act does not register with them. You cannot get a refund 2 days after delivery and inspection of goods despite rejecting all items.
