Very bad costumer service, issues with the statue. Parts not fitting properly causing breakage and what makes it worse is that their costumer service is horrible. I will not buy from them ever again and I recommend people not to buy their products period, unless you want to have endless headaches.
Terrible customer service. Rigid policies with no flexibility or consideration for individual situations. Every response felt automated and impersonal, like it was pulled straight from a script rather than coming from someone actually trying to help.
