PrimCut is a plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro that takes the repetitive work out of editing talking-head, podcast and short-form videos. It docks as one panel inside Premiere Pro on Windows and brings 13 tools together. Silence Cutter removes dead air and lets you preview every cut first. Rough Cut clears out filler words, false starts and repeated takes, or cuts a recording to your script. Caption Generator transcribes on your computer and creates animated, word-by-word captions. Podcast Editor switches cameras to whoever is speaking. Curve Zoom adds smooth zooms and punch-ins. B-Roll Finder, SFX Finder, Assets Library, Background Remover, J-Cut & L-Cut, PrimCut Eye, PrimCut Command and Keyframe Drag Assist cover the rest of the edit. It's made for YouTubers, podcast editors, freelancers and agencies who edit dialogue-heavy videos every week. PrimCut was built by John Tagudin, who edited video full-time for seven years before becoming a content creator. Most tools run on your own computer, and optional cloud services connect through your own account. Questions or problems? Email support@primcut.app.
