Reliable business

The nike tns i bought 4 my son are very poor qaulity the rubber rnd the front of the shoe is coming away when i contact 2 return after only 1 week i was told he has worn them excessivly and that u only sell for nike and arent responsible for qaulity of the shoes

hi Clare, the photo you provided us did in fact show the shoe coming apart, however there was clear usage on the shoe. After one week it is very very rare for a shoe like that to just fall apart on its own. if your son has split the pair of shoes this is nothing we can refund you on, as it is down to your own usage. Also, it does say on our returns policy, we accept returns in the condition we sent them in, this just helps to stop people buying something and returning it two weeks later to get something new after they have damaged the product. please do not misunderstand me, I am not trying to say you did this purposely. However on the photo you provided there is clear signs of heavy usage and even dirt all around the trainers, we cannot refund you due to a pair breaking because of extreme use, especially only in less than seven days of owning them. I would attach the image however I can not. I would be more than happy to refund a pair that has broken with us at fault (such as barley worn) however we both know this is not the case. It does also seem by other reviews you have left on similar company's, you often have problems with company's returns very similar to ours.
