We sold our previous house to Pride in Property.

During the process we found Matthew to be helpful, honest and transparent.

We also saved and avoided the hassle and expense of using an Estate Agent.

We are now in our new house and we would recommend Matthew and his team if you are looking to sell your house.

As we live abroad and had a really bad experience of trying and failing to sell our property through a local estate agent in the past, we decided to give Pride In Property a try.
We found Matthew very easy to deal with at all times, reliable and true to his word.
Admittedly we could have got more for our property than Matthew offered had we gone the normal route but we were saved the hassle of dealing with a regular estate agent and all the bother that goes with that.
The only downside to our experience was dealing with the solicitors that were allocated to take care of our sale. Pride In Property do cover all your legal fees but I found the conveyancing team we dealt with to be very unprofessional in many aspects of their work.
Let me point out that's no fault of Matthew. He assisted us on numerous occasions when we were having communication problems with them and eventually we were able to complete the sale.
If you do need a quick sale and wish to save on legal fees, then I would definitely recommend Matthew and his company.

Would highly recommend pride in property limited. Matt is great guy and pride in property take all the the stress away from you in selling your house weather you want a quick sale or not pride in property is the way forward I had my property up for 3 months with an estate agent with no viewings Matt came along and took the house of our hands and it couldn’t of run any smoother. It’s sounds like your taking a loss but when you take all estate agent fees into account you don’t come out much worse off and no stress of people in and out coming to view your property. In the end, my conditions changed (the property I was chasing received another offer) and I did not need PiP's services. But everything I experienced while receiving their input and advice was top notch and inspired trust. There was no dissembling, no attempts at smooth talk, just honest, straightforward information, with clear guidance as to pros and cons. Very responsive, very down to earth. PiPs would be my immediate first choice were the need for this service to surface again.

I reached out to Pride in Property when I was struggling to sell my small one bedroom back to back terrace house. I needed a quick and easy sale due to rapidly outgrowing it after the arrival of my second child. When I rang Matt it felt as though we were two friends just having a chat. He immediately had multiple options for me all of which would have suited me to the ground but only one which meant the speedy sale which I required!! I advised him of exactly how much I wanted and he basically said “leave it with me” much to my surprise in just a day or two he had the solution and set about it in no time which resulted in me receiving the exact amount for the property which I requested as well as a couple grand extra!! Due to struggling to sell my house previously I naturally had my reservations but Matthew quickly put my mind at ease. He put me intouch with his own in-house solicitor who was equally just as amazing and efficient. I honestly didn’t feel the pinch of the whole house sale as Matt handled it all for me. If I had any questions he was more than happy to help. Matthew was honestly the most helpful person I have come across in a long time there was no limit to help and support he could offer. The sale went through so smoothly and far faster than the typical 6/8 week lead time which any high street estate agent works with. Definitely a 5 star review from myself. Thank you Matthew!!

I was contacted by pride in property along with many others when I put our house for sale on gum tree. I decided to go with pride in property as they answered all my original sceptical questions very promptly. At the start the process was supposed to be straight forward but along the way many obstacles were thrown at us. Matt and Mellisa always replied to my many (many, many) emails and calls. The last month was very bumpy indeed to say the least (due to no fault of ours or pride in property) but Matt did everything he could to get the sale completed for us. I can not express how thankful I am for his efforts and support. From the very beginning Matt and Mellisa have been very responsive, honest, helpful and I believe actually cared.
