Order still hasn't even shipped and it has been over 6 weeks ago. I tried to cancel & they wouldn't & assured me it was shipping soon. That was over 3 weeks ago. Do not order from Pride Booth.

Ordered 5/15/2025 haven’t gotten anything as of 5/27/2025.

I placed an order for two pins in January and have not received them. Sent messages and have heard nothing.

I placed an order for 2 pins on January 25, 2025 and have not received them. According to the app Shop, it was delivered on February 8th, but I did not received anything. They never sent a shipping email or tracking information. I sent 2 emails to support, last week but I never received a response. Don't order from this company.

I placed an order on January 24th and have yet to receive my shirt. I’ve contacted customer service twice asking for an update and nothing. I hate writing negative reviews but as a small business owner myself the last thing I would do is take someone’s money and run. Hopefully they will get more organized so others don’t have this happen to them as well.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered a pin 3 weeks ago never received it or a shipping notification. Multiple emails to them went unanswered and no phone number available. I regret not looking to see if there was a phone number prior to ordering. Scam organization.

Holy crap! Wish I had read reviews before ordering! I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for an email stating my order is on its way. I’ve emailed customer support 3 times asking when my order will be sent and no reply. So I know I won’t be getting a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM Prideboothcom!!

Do NOT order from this company. I should've looked into reviews ahead of time. Like others, I've been waiting more than 2 months for an order. After multiple back and forth exchanges, they still have not sent the items, and are refusing me a refund.

I bought 10 pins for Christmas. They arrived promptly .
The quality is nice, the pins are super cute. I would buy from them again.

Did not deliver my pins. Even after multiple exchanges with their support, they simply will NOT give a refund. Spent $55 and it's just gone.

Pridbooth is good for they're word, and they have tres cute stuff too. My pins took 9 business day to get to me. They always responded to my emails lickety split. The only thing the new co should do, is send out an email giving an est delivery date at the time of purchase. Your perfect Pridebooth.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM SENT WRONG ITEM AND WILL NOT SEND REPLACEMENT ITEMS

They don't deliver the product and carefully explain that it is about to be dispatched and they can't possibly refund it. I think this may be a scam company, and I would recommend not buying anything from them. I've been waiting for weeks and have given up. I've reported the transaction to my bank in the hope of getting a refund.

I ordered on 8/29, it’s now 10/20. No product has been delivered. I emailed and got a stock reply with no details that mattered. My bank is looking into it, but I fear my money has been scammed outta my pocket.

STEER CLEAR.

I ordered 3 pins back in April and finally received them in June. There was a lot of back and forth and assurance that my order was on the way but it obviously was not. When I inquired about a refund, I was told that it was already on route and that it would be next to impossible to process. When my pins did arrive, they were the wrong ones and considerably smaller than what I ordered. This was an order based on a pin I had already been gifted from them, so I knew what to expect size wise and these were about half the size. I have reached out again and will see if they can fix the order. Fingers crossed.

Took a veeeery long time to send the second (more expensive) item, but when it finally arrived, happy with the items. High quality and decent price.
