Top class service received from the team and in particular Graham. Not being based near the Pride & Pinion location communication was done via WhatsApp. Initial queries were reviewed quickly and a personal video was carried out swiftly to provide the detail needed to allow me to make a clear and informed decision on the purchase of a watch. In addition I was after a watch travel role, same level of detail was provided, nothing was too much to ask. Communication was great back and forth which made me feel like a valued customer. Watch and travel role were received a few days later... just perfect!

Would certainly purchase again from Pride & Pinion. I would suggest anyone considering one of the watches or accessories to not just click the buy it now button but reach out to the team who will make the whole process feel much better.

Great overall experience at Pride and Piñon. Graham was first class from start to finish sorting an amazing deal on a luxury watch. Nothing was too much for Graham from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend P&P and Graham enough 10/10.

Graham was brilliant, 1st class service, only thing that let him down was that he didn't offer me a beef butty! but if this man isn't awarded an MBE for 1st class services given in the time piece selling industry, then i don't know what this world is coming too, Graham gets my vote !! :)

Graham at Pride & Pinion Belfast was world-class. I was looking for a rare birth year Cartier watch in a specific model that is not very well known. Every step of the way Graham was on it, super communicative and upfront and we found the exact watch in Belgium, it came with its original box, papers, original purchase receipt, and everything. I'm delighted, truly a timeless piece. This is the 3rd watch my family has purchased through Graham, he's a total pro, I have already told him what's next on my wish list :)

Willing to answer every unnecessary question

I’ve always loved high-end watches, but never been able to afford them. I’m at a point now where I probably can afford a decent entry level watch, but I think it’s important to start from the ground up so I purchased a couple Casios. I love the fact that they have watches for $80 and you can work your way up to 400K. Very motivating and great assortment.
