First order from Price panda and it will not be the last. Had a hiccup when it came to delivery, through no fault of the company so I messaged and vented my frustration. I have never had a compant reply in such a kind, respectful and understanding manner.
When my order arrived, everything was in order and I was over the moon with my finds. 100% will shop again.

Great value for money
Great value for money. My order arrived swiftly and safely. The mystery Whisky was roughly what I paid anyway, so no disappointment. I will be ordering another one today and hopefully I’ll get something even more impressive. Highly recommend this company.

A very friendly customer service that responded to my email within 24 hours. I can stock up at a fraction of the cost, check % off to snap up best offers. Proof That Great Service Still Exists Online
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve ordered from Price Panda now but they’ve been spot on every single time.
They’ve been my go-to for so many things – sorting the kids’ birthday parties with toys and snacks, grabbing little bits for the house, and even stocking up on Christmas treats without spending a fortune.
One of my favourite wins was getting Mother’s Day perfumes and chocolates way cheaper than I’d seen anywhere else, which made such a difference.
I actually found them from a random Facebook ad and just kept coming back. It’s been really nice watching them grow, and they genuinely feel like a small business you can trust – what you see is exactly what you get.
If you’re thinking about trying them, just do it – I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I have had multiple orders from them, and have been extremely happy with them all, the prices are very fair and the items are amazing, the delivery usually arrives with in a couple of days. Excellent firm with fantastic offers
I've been with Panda before they started officially in business and I've not been disappointed with anything that I've purchased. I sing their praise to all and sundry as I've saved a tidy fortune buying from PP.
My daughter was bragging about how much she'd saved on Easter eggs but went strangely quiet when I showed her how little I'd paid for the same ones from PP.
When I had a problem with my address, it was dealt with immediately and I've had no more problems.
I honestly can't praise this firm highly enough. I won't shop anywhere else!

Reliable Shopping Experience
The only reason I'm leave a 4 star review, is thete is currently no option to ask Royal Mail to leave my order in " safe place ". I have to order and hope one of us is in the house to accept the order. The prices are competitive. The products are in great condition when received. The customer service is swift and appropriate. I manage to supply everyone at work with chocolate thanks to Price Panda. I will continue to use them unless any of the positives they have change

As we mentioned over email (as we often speak!), we won’t lie – we are a little disappointed with the 4 stars. After 9 orders, free gifts, discounts, bespoke offers, and being on hand with instant support (even out of hours), we always aim to deliver a 5-star experience every time. We’re genuinely proud and passionate about what we do.
In terms of delivery, we do send full tracking details via email so you can follow your parcel and receive estimated delivery times. Royal Mail and Parcelforce should also provide options for alternative delivery or collections if you’re not in. As explained, we don’t leave parcels unattended as we’re not covered to do so – this is to protect both our customers and our business.
With 20+ years of online experience, everything we do is built around customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. That said, we’ll take the 4 stars and truly appreciate your loyalty, repeat custom, word of mouth, and always friendly interactions.
Hopefully one day we’ll nudge that up to the 5 stars we’re aiming for – but we also know there’s always room to improve, so challenge accepted!

I have used PricePanda a few times now. Recently I had a problem with one of the items being faulty. Customer service got back to me very, very quickly. They sorted out the issue straight away, no ifs no buts just a choice of a complete refund or a voucher which was actually worth a little more than I paid for the faulty item.
They were exceptionally polite and efficient.
It’s a definite yes from me, I will shop there again and I will shop with confidence.
It’s gotta be a 5 ***** score from me 🙂
