I ordered a $36 item

I ordered a $36 item, received a confirmation of the order, a small item I expected to arrive to my mail box. I do not recall there being a delivery date but such orders typically arrive within a week, normally less. Never received a notice of shipping. At day 12, figuring a computer glitch, I logged back on and reordered and got confirmation followed by shipping notice. Later that day the item arrived. I have made 3 attempts thru CS to cancel the second order but received not response. I note the item delivered was return postmarked CHINA.
