I can't give 0 stars

I can't give 0 stars. I was going to spend $84 in store x 2 , if you spend $85 you get a gift. They would not budge on $1. They are a money hungry business, that do not care about their customers. The staff were rude and unhelpful and customer service email, absolutely no better. I will shop elsewhere in the future and I recommend anybody else to do the same. This was the North Lakes store in Brisbane.

Very poor and misleading delivery arrangements

I wish I'd seen the reviews before opting for a delivery from Priceline. The company uses Shippit so all good until the day -I waited in my office (overlooking the street) all afternoon-nothing. No failed delivery card as they didn't turn up. Late afternoon message saying it was delivered to the post office not what I paid for.

I only gave 1 star because I can't give 0.

BEWARE!!!!!! Go elsewhere. Do NOT use these people. They lie and cheat. They us shady rental car companies like Carwiz that has a 1 star rating. And only because there is no 0 rating. Carwiz only had 2 people working their office. One was the shuttle driver the other was in charge of everything else. We waited over 2 hours with other people waiting for help. When we asked for help the guy told us he can't help anyone until he processed all car returns. He was rude and told us to go elsewhere. He not only had a line of people waiting for their car rentals, but a line of people returning cars with no end in site. I called Priceline to see what we could do. After an hour on the phone with them they told us to go to another rental and they would reimburse us. I have been fighting since for the reimbursement of the difference. How can you be a reputable business and do business with a 1 star company like Carwiz. Every time I spoke with a customer representative they processed a refund. When I spoke with Supervisors they just said anything to get me off the phone. I never leave reviews, but I felt an obligation to warn the consumers about shady things with this company.

Shame on you Priceline! Cut cost to employ a homeless, under-train, hooligan, barbarian so-called security guard in QV shop Melbourne store to kick all loyalty customer away😡
Loyalty customer, please don’t go to the Priceline in QV building if you don’t want to be insult and bully because Priceline employ an ignorance, untrained and useless security guard. This rubbish only catch good customer. I highly suggest Priceline if you want to increase your business please employ a high quality security, well-train and respect customer security guard. I swear I will not go to QV Priceline store to suffer Insult😡

Will not refund for missing item.

Ordered 2 tubes of Volta Natra pain relief cream but only 1 was delivered. The absolute amateurish way that this was handled was just incredible. I asked for a refund or to send me the missing item and every time that I asked what was happening they sent me a returns number. I don't think that the right hand knows what the left hand is doing and their customer support seems to be sending out automated emails. I've given up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have refused to send a refund or send missing item. I have asked them to delete my account. I expect that this won't happen.

I purchased a shampoo from Priceline…

I purchased a shampoo from Priceline and received a product that was already expired. I immediately contacted customer service and sent photos showing the expiry date, but no one took responsibility. It’s been almost a month now and I’ve tried everything to get a response or a refund, with no success.

Not only did they fail to send a valid product, but they also failed in their customer service and in taking ownership of their mistake.
Extremely disappointed with the whole experience. I do not recommend.

Terrible absolutely terrible

I have had a number of .mistakes with my webster pack and it is still happening. I have complained in the past and nothing has changed. Webster packs are suppose to make it easier for the patient. What a joke!!!! I am so stressed

Unable to find what I was looking for in makeup, I asked Hannah for assistance and found her very helpful. She was professional, knowledgeable in the products and friendly - making me feel confident in my choices

Terrible online customer service

Terrible online customer service. They will initially reply within 24hours and acknowledge your complaint with ‘we have sent it to the relevant team’ and then you will never hear from them again even after multiple emails. Stay away from purchasing from them.

Penrith Priceline pharmacy has the…

Penrith Priceline pharmacy has the worst customer service especially the lady with blue and pink hair and glasses . She was rude to me just because I’ve asked questions instead of answering, she was rude and obnoxious. we decided to leave all the product on the counter because I am not supporting people who is rude. The worst customer services ever, I don't recommend Priceline pharmacy at CRN Maxwell & Evan Street at Penrith 2750
