Don’t book with them. Totally scammers. The office doesn’t exist even. Booked a car paid a money and never found office or car. Been told by other office that they are scammers. I have learned the lesson

Hadn't even got through the door and we were warned by another dissatisfied customer to stay away. The whole office was full of shouting customers trying to get a representative to listen to their complaints. All the comments are completely true!!!! You are forced to buy their insurance.. .charged a daily rate for Sun pass toll...given dirty, wrecked cars and only very abusive, nasty people to deal with. Worst company EVER!!!

From the moment we arrived, this place seemed shady. We were shuttled to an offsite office—which was expected—but the office itself was dirty, disorganized, and the customer service was terrible. The entire process was confusing, and it quickly started to feel like a scam.

Despite having our own insurance, we were forced to purchase theirs, with no clear explanation as to why. On top of that, the hold they placed on our credit card was unreasonably high for the type of car we were renting.

Do yourself a favor and rent from a reputable company. This place is not worth the hassle.

Scam Alert!! Took 2.5 hours once reaching the pick up area, only one van showing up every 45 mins with 7 person capacity, 1.5 hours to be picked up and another hour to get checked in! Only 6 people in front of me in line in the office, only one person working the desk, so another hour! All 6 people had issues with being over charged and or ripped off, wanting to cancel, not accepting their own personal insurance and then they charge close to $500 to use rental companies insurance (doubles the rental costs)!! I have rented cars in Florida, several times a year for 30 years and always used my own insurance, as they cover me!!! Once they have you there, you are kind of stuck, when they refuse your insurance!! They know this and the person at the desk doesn't respond to your complaints, as this is the norm and or their business model! Low ball the rentals and then get you once you are committed! It's a too good to be true scenario and I should have known better. Their responses to these reviews are all the same too, they know what they do and why, so no, they are not trying to fix it and make your experience better!

This has been one of the most unethical businesses I’ve ever came across. Tons of hidden fees, They are 100% preying on travelers and putting them in a position to where they have to pay three times the amount of the original reservation. If you rented through a third-party app and got a really good deal on their cars like $15 a day, just know they will cancel out your reservation, Gaslight you into thinking you canceled it and make you rebook it for same-day pick up at three times the amount. This is their lick! If you are a local and paid for a reservation upfront, you don’t find out that you can’t drive the car but only 10 miles a day until you get up there and they refuse to give refunds. I watched them harass a foreigner for an hour and a half because she had a Venmo credit card 🤣 NOT THE DEBIT CARD But the actual credit card. When I tell you their scamming tactics are out of control. They are out of control 🤣 it really is a brilliant lick. I just don’t like that it was ran on me. ☹️
By the way, after reading other reviews, I noticed this is a common theme throughout all locations. My location experience was at LAX.

This company is a complete scam and unprofessional. After arriving at Ft. Lauderdale airport we made the call for the shuttle since the rental facility is off-air port. The call went to voice mail indicating voice mail wasn't accessible. I proceeded to make a series of calls after the initial call spaced apart about 10 minutes between each while walking my family to the shuttle area in hopes to catch a shuttle. Still no response. After a time a shuttle did arrive, but told us there was no room for us and would have to return. We finally arrived to the rental center. They tried scamming us into purchasing their insurance dispite the fact that my auto insurance covers rental cars. The "PENALTY" for using my insurance was a $1500.00 DEPOSIT which they hold on to for two weeks after returning the car. No other car rental company has ever done this to me. Additionally, there were a number of random extortion fees with arbitrary names totaling around $200.00 in addition to toll fees, taxes, etc.
The car we were given was barely road legal with strange grinding noises and bald tires which would not hold the road. I took the car back immediately to report this and request a different car. NOT an upgrade, just a decent car that felt safe with tread on the tires. They informed me that they didn't have any more cars to rent, and that I would be penalized for canceling the rental. They had about 100 cars squeezed inside and out of the facility, so this was a lie. They informed me that if the car breaks down or the tires go flat, they would retrieve the car. The car was beat up. Scratched up, broken plastic everywhere, missing emblems, ripped up trim, dents etc. I wondered if I was just the rare exception so I started reading reviews. The overwhelming majority of reviews was not unlike mine, with many of the exact same complaints. I discovered a link to a complaint form for this very company at the Federal Trade Commission and the Florida Attorney General at myfloridalegal.com. Apparently there are hundreds.

This company is a SCAM and a FRAUD, do not rent any kind of car from them, they do not respect the law and the customers. Be aware about to make business with them, because they don't deserve stay on the marketing. It is the WORST COMPANY I HAD EXPERIENCE TO DEAL here in USA.

I will take this to social media, It been about two month since Priceless in Puerto Rico have NOT return my calls and my deposit, I have been calling cooperate and all they do is send PR emails. For sure the car rental should not be used.

you get what you pay for! customer service below standard, run down office with so many warning and policy signs pasted on the glass window, 2 van trips, one to the Economy parking lot, and another in a dirty smelly little van to an old pathetic building where main entrance is the back door!!! who in the world want to save a few dollars a day to go thru this?? when I got to the window, she asked for insurance declaration page. i showed her one on my phone from all state insurance showing all the numbers, liability, collision, medical coverage etc etc.. she looked at me and said, where is the declaration page as if what I showed her directly from allstate wasn’t enough! obviously they are trying to push their insurance down your throat. then, toll is $25 per day penalty if you don’t buy theirs ahead of time. these tactics are really insulting to the consumer’s intelligence and shows the company’s principles towards their customers. anyway, it is unfortunate that online 3rd party platforms keep offering them on their platforms. I will never rent from them again.

Priceless Car Rentals LAX in Los Angeles is a cheater, a liar and a thief. Using kayak.com (maybe a mistake; it was my first experience with this site), I paid them online for a car rental of several days, and the funds were taken immediately from my card account before I even went to their office. I told them I not only had a reservation but an actual rental of several days fully paid for, however Priceless wouldn't put any of their cars in my hands. They used the lame excuse that because my driver's license was temporary -- I didn't have the final one on a plastic card with photo ID that had not arrived yet in the mail to my friend's home -- they could not rent. However, I managed to rent previously from SixT with only that temporary license at no extra cost, and Hertz was going to rent to me with it also but when I saw what poor selection it had and no electric cars available, I went next door (so to speak) to SixT. Priceless LAX refuses to refund any of the money. This is the most criminal business I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Many weeks later and I still haven't received any money back, despite the national Priceless headquarters asking the LAX office to refund my payment.

No waiting in line this am. Chris greeted us and processed our reservation and got us the car himself all within 30 minutes!!! Chris was very professional, polite and informative. Great customer service Chris!!

Absolute nightmare! Yes the price is very reasonable UNTIL you go to pick up the car. They wouldn’t accept our insurance for coverage and then they added tolls fees in case we drove toll roads, we didn’t go through one toll, and that was not refunded, should be refunded. Then the car we were given, the key fob battery was low, thankfully we knew how to start the car by holding the key fob to the start button. Then the warmest day of our vacation we planned a trip to the beach with our grandchildren and after getting everything ready, we get out to the car and it won’t start! Talk about disappointing the grandchildren!!!
Called and the CS rep said someone would contact us from the actual rental place within an hour. We had to call back, no one ever called, we had to call back and fortunately we spoke with the same CS rep. And she called the actual location and they told her they would be at our house in an hour. Two and a half hours later they show up, they proceeded to charge the battery and then had the audacity to tell us there was very little gas in the car and we would be charged. Not acceptable, not our turn in date, obviously we would have put gas in the car to go to the beach and drive it the rest of the week. They bring us a new rental and when driving the car the brakes make a loud noise(my husband thinks the car needed wheel bearings). Anyway TERRIBLE TERRIBLE place to rent from, I’m going to also notify Orbitz, which is where we renting through, they definitely need to end their partnership with this company. Zero review

Agreed that this place is a scam. Force you to sign a form saying what you are paying is just an estimate which leave you open to all kinds of charges. I specifically paid Expedia for insurance and told the agent I didn't want any more but still got charged. Plus bunch of other ridiculous fees like glass and tire coverage and roadside service. Would have been cheaper to go with prime company.

I am complaining about Priceless car rental at Tampa Bay Airport.
Before we left with there car it was driven up to us and then they said wait we need to inflate the tire.
Then we drove away to our lodging destination at 400 Gran Bahama Blvd.
Davenport, FL 33897.
This morning about an hour ago I drove to a Starbucks and noticed the low air light was on. I was lucky there was a 7-11 store close by so I paid to put air in the tire. That’s when I noticed how bad the tire is. It’s unsafe to drive especially when I’m returning back to the Tampa airport in 6 more days, not to mention my traveling in the Orlando are for our planned activities.
my wife and I called Priceless direct in Tampa and discussed and told them they need to put another tire on it for our safety and pleasure while vacationing. We talked and were on hold for over 20 minutes and then we were told they would call us back. No reply yet.
then I called Priceless direct at Orlando airport and was told there were other callers ahead of us. After 16 minutes it was disconnected.
Are you able to help us? This was through Priceline.

So that was on 4-21-25
Since then I’ve filled the tire with air 3 times. It was a little less than 5 hours and the low air light came on again.
You’re lucky if you can find an air pump let alone waste vacation time to go and put air in the faulty tire.
I spoke to 2 other representatives today before writing this and about 4 calls yesterday.
Finally they said they would compensate for this.
They don’t respect the renter or the renters safety just respect themselves.
I can’t believe Priceline lets anyone go to Priceless car rental.
This date of experiences is 4-20-25 through 4-27-25

This company is a scam. If there was a zero star i would use it. We landed in Orlando to start our Disney vacation. , went to pick up the car and was told they do not have ours...which was prepaid through Priceline. But they did have another vehicle for another $351. SCAM SCAM. How do you take my money and then say you do not have a car? The people behind the counter were awful. They wanted us to call customer service which NO ONE answers. We Uber out of there to our hotel.

Priceless Car and Truck Rental scammed us and left us stranded with no transportation in Tampa Bay, FL. We paid upfront through Priceline for car rental for 5 days. The employee at the car rental company would not give us a car and said our insurance company was not on their list of companies they accept. I called my insurance company and had them email my insurance declaration page showing our coverage. The guy said NO we do not accept that company, you must pay $40 a day for our coverage. That was double the cost per day then the car rental itself was on Priceline. We were stranded in a bad area outside the car rental office, which was 15 minutes from the airport by van. Not 5 minutes and one mile like they advertised. This place is a scam and the employee was very mean and nasty. I could not believe what was happening. While we waited for an uber to go to our hotel, the same thing happened to three other couples. UNREAL.

We will NEVER use Priceline ever again. Horrible situation and Horrendous service by Priceless Car and Truck Rental in Tampa Bay area. They should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this fraud and bait and switch to happen on their site.

They don't seem to read the reviews since they are not changing their manner that they dealt with me. Juan told me that liability insurance was necessary and I informed him that I was insured with my insurer in Canada. I informed him that was not mentioned on the site and he then informed me he had cancelled the contract. This was when he just had finished with another Canadian where he tried to get her to get liability insurance while she had her own insurer. Bad business means no business.

The rental part was ok, we returned the car but we cant find a person to help us get the deposit back in the San Juan PR rental. Their customer service equally faulty. Dont ever use this company! We have been waiting for the deposit over a month!!

They will not give me my deposit back even with the receipt. I am speaking for the Tampa office. The car was clean and fine but everything else was a nightmare. They're not at the airport and you end of paying as much as the ones that are. I filed a report with Fla. consumer affairs but they can't get refund back. I did it because this branch needs to be closed down. It's a scam.

Never ever use priceless. We booked ahead and thought we had a great price- when we got to MIA airport, we had to wait over 30 min for the shuttle and then when we finally got there, they told us that our Geico coverage wasn’t enough and our price tripled. We left and rented from Avis for half the price- never use priceless it isn’t worth the hastle.
