This is the biggest scam i lost all day…
This is the biggest scam i lost all day with them
If I could give them a 0 star review I…
If I could give them a 0 star review I would!! This place is a huge freaking SCAM! They do not tell you that you have to have certain deductible amounts to use your own insurance. If you don’t, they charge you EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS for theirs which you have to purchase. When I was about to head over an entire shuttle full of people came off of it back from priceless because of this. DO NOT USE THEM, they should go out of business
My experience with Priceless Car Rental…
My experience with Priceless Car Rental was positive. The vehicle was in good condition, the pricing was reasonable, and the team explained the rental terms clearly. Pickup and return were both efficient, which made the whole process much easier.
Protect yourself and don't rent here
Protect yourself and don't rent here. The cars are not safe.
great car and service
Dave and Laura at Nifty Car Rental, New Orleans (affoliated with Priceless). And their team, were friendly and efficient. Laura explained the contract in a very understandable way. Car was pretty, in excellent condition, drove smooth. Great gas mileage (38.8 mpg).
I will definitely return to use their services in the future.
STAY AWAY FROM PRICLESS
AVOID ANY TRANSACTION WITH PRICLESS
I PREPAID WITH PRICELINE ARRIVED WAITED FOR SHUTTLE PEOPLE GOT OFF SAYING STAY AWAY FIND ANOTHER. WHEN I GOT TO THE OFFICE THEY REFUSED TO RENT ME A VEHICLE STATING MY INSURANCE WASN'T ENOUGH AND THAT I WOULD NEED TO PAY ADDITIONAL 1400.00 I TOLD THEM NO. I HAD REQUEDTED A RIDE BACK TO AIRPORT TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THEY REFUSED TOLD ME FIND MY OWN RIDE. WALKED A FEW BLOCKS FOUND ANOTHER
MOST UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE SCAMKING BUISNESS STAY AWAY NEVER AGAIN
Bate and Switch
I booked thru Priceline for a set rate. At the counter, the representative, unbeknownst to me, canceled my Priceline booking at the lower rate and rebooked me at the counter for a higher rate. They unlawfully took an additional $220.09 from my credit card, charged me a frivolous "cleaning fee" saying I didn't vacuum the car (I've never been required to vacuum a car before) and refused to show me in their contract where it says the car must be cleaned upon returning. This is a scam and they have the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life.
Our flight was delayed so we called…
Our flight was delayed so we called priceless to inform them of it and they told us to call them when we got to the airport .We arrived at the airport and we called priceless to inform them of our arrival and they informed us that the car was no longer available. Nevermind that we paid a deposit and we had to inform them we were going to be late. We told them we still wanted the car. DO NOT RENT THIS COMPANY the reviews are bad and they are true. They ruined our vacation and it will ruined yours!
THE WORSE CAR RENTAL COMPANY EVER!
THE WORSE CAR RENTAL COMPANY EVER!! When returning the vehicle, the rude individual (male) who was there on the 9th of March, 2026 made a thorough check of the car and he had no complaints. A week later, charges of $1000+ was charged for a scratch on the vehicle which wasn’t there when we dropped the car off. The company refused to answer calls or show proof of their claims and also refuse to give back the deposit. Priceline Car Rental is an unprofessional crooked company.
Scammers!
Scammers!! I rented with them and everything went smoothly until I noticed over $1000 charge on my card for a scratch I didn’t cause. Had I caused it, they should’ve brought it to my attention upon receiving and reviewing the vehicles condition and we would’ve come to an agreement. Nothing was said while I was there so why charge me after I leave??? And their attitudes are very poor. They haven’t even sent my $500 deposit back which was suppose to be refunded within 5 days of returning the rental. I’ve emailed the company they told me to send my complaint to but got no response. Now they’re not even answering my calls. I will be catching a flight to deal with this personally and I will have my legal team with me! I work hard for my money!
Priceless Car Rental / Nifty Car Rental…
Priceless Car Rental / Nifty Car Rental is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I rented a car for four days at Priceless rental car in Kenner Louisiana when I returned the car, I was told my $400 deposit would be returned in 7 to 10 days. Every time I call back, they extended the time it finally took two months to finally get a return after I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau to get it returned. They lied and said that the car had a humming sound, and they had to take car to the dealership to be looked at. They are absolutely lying. There was absolutely nothing wrong with that car and if I didn’t report them to Better Business Bureau, I would probably still be waiting longer than two months for my return. THE WORST !!! I wish I could give them a -10.
Warning to Others
Warning to Others – Misleading Rental Practices
Beware of this rental agency. They advertise very low rates to get you in the door, but when you arrive they refuse to accept your existing auto insurance coverage for the rental. Instead, they insist you buy their coverage at a ridiculous price or they won’t let you take the vehicle.
This puts customers in a terrible spot—either pay the unexpected extra cost or walk away and scramble to find another rental at the last minute.
It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Policies like this should be clearly disclosed upfront, not sprung on customers at the counter. Very disappointing experience.
I would not rent from Priceless…
I would not rent from Priceless Carolina again. My experience was very disappointing. When you arrive, make sure to review your bill closely because they add fees that were never clearly explained during the booking, including roadside assistance and toll charges. The toll program is extremely overpriced and the customer service was very poor.
My reservation was made online for $45 for two days. When I got there, they added local taxes that were not included in the online price, plus $10 per day and an activation fee for tolls, along with a separate one time toll charge of $50. By the end of it, my total came to about $160, which was more than three times the original booking price.
terrible service/ dirty unit
Terrible service... the vehicle rented it was returned! Coack roaches inside since day one.The vehicle does not meet basic standards of cleanliness and habitability reasonably expected under a rental agreement. No communications from office managers or resolution of this case. No refunds processed
Did a reservation through Booking.com
Did a reservation through Booking.com
And when I went to pick up the vehicle, they wanted an extra $500 for a two day rental even though I prepaid with Booking.com this place should be shut down
Tampa airport rental.
Tampa airport rental.
The rental was offsite #1. The shuttle took almost an hour to arrive. The agency was a trailer about 7 miles away. About 10 people arrived for rental pickups and only 1 took a car. It wasn't me. They were overcharging by hundreds of dollars for insurance reasons. Never had an issue with legit rental companies before. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
VERY BAD COMPANY
Scam artists!!
To start, the airport shuttle never picked me up. I called 3 times and it never came. I finally took an uber to the rental office and the shuttle was parked out front. The customer service rep asked me for a specific insurance document. Since I did not have it available I was informed I had to buy theirs for $300/day. I looked over my shoulder and saw young families looking for another rental agency since they were also being scammed. I booked Priceless through Expedia. We already paid $75 for the car rental. We tried to get the money back through them but to no avail. will never book anything with Expedia again. This experience was a nightmare and priceless should be shut down. Expedia should be held accountable.
ALERT
No, no, no! Stay away from this company.
They attract customers with a very low initial price (about $78 in my case), but at pickup the cost increases dramatically due to insurance — up to ten times more. As a result, the final price is much higher than with well-known companies that may start more expensive but end up being far cheaper overall than Priceless.
This was clearly a misleading price, and on top of that, they refuse to refund my reservation.
I have already filed a second complaint and will update this review if a refund is eventually issued, including details of the late refund. However, when a company behaves this way, refunding the reservation is the bare minimum — otherwise it feels like customers are simply being taken for a ride.
I also believe that Expedia, the platform I used to book, should better protect customers, especially when partner companies it promotes apply such unfair policies.
DO NOT RENT CAR FROM THIS COMPANY
This is hands down the worst car rental experience of my life. We paid for full insurance, yet the company refused to help us every single time we needed assistance.
On the second day, the car got a flat tire. When we called customer service, instead of helping, they made us jump through hoops — demanding photos from multiple angles and then saying the issue had to be reviewed by their so-called “Concern Team.” After waiting with no response, I had to call back myself. Only then were we told they would not help at all, that we had to fix the tire on our own, and that none of the costs would be covered.
Two days later, the car would not turn off in a parking lot. Once again, the same exhausting process: send photos, wait endlessly, call back. The final answer was unbelievable — they told us to find a jump start ourselves and pay out of pocket, claiming it would cost them $300–$400 to send help. They even suggested we file a claim with our own insurance for a simple jump start. What is the point of paying for full coverage if they refuse to help when something goes wrong?
The person from the “Concern Team,” either Matt or Matthew, was rude, dismissive, and showed zero concern for our situation. This company clearly makes their service as difficult as possible so customers give up and pay out of pocket.
This experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
