Pricing is difficult and a bit of a guessing game usually. PriceLabs decides the price for me for every day that I have open going forward, and continuously adjusts those prices up and down based upon demand in the area. I don't have to do anything but pay $10 a month. It's so worth it. They are laser focused on pricing - it's all they do. I can use other tools for other stuff if I want (which I don't!) so I'm not paying for a load of other functionality that I don't use.

Tried this pricing tool because i need help with pricing strategy managing my Airbnb.
The result was outstanding, from the first day using the trial I instantly got more bookings. Since using this tool my occupancy is at 90% monthly while income increase by atleast 25%.
What i love about pricelabs is the ease of use, the pricing recomendations was spot on. I feel confidence managing my Airbnb.

We did start using PriceLabs over the last week and your software immediately raised our rates 50%. I was a bit skeptical… BUT over the last 7 days we booked the highest prices ever (by a lot) due to your aggressive software. I can say that we’ve already made our money back for the year in 1 week.

Prior to using PriceLabs it was time consuming checking out competitors and rates of similar properties in the area through different OTAs. Creating Christmas, school holiday, long weekend, peak and standard rates or special events. Now with PriceLabs artificial intelligence and their algorithms it dynamically works out the price per night and varies accordingly. Don't have to think it works out the rate for me and even suggests a base rate. Increases and drops rates as required. In past I may have only charged $400 for a weekend but in peak season PriceLabs is charging $1,000 and guests are willing to pay. Amazing. One of the best 3rd party add-ons to my property management software.

I’ve had a good experience with pl so far. I like that they are continuing to make changes and improvements as their users see areas they need more control in.

Pricelabs makes maximizing profits for my short term rentals easy. When I first signed up, I noticed that the price was tripled on a random weekend in October. Then those days booked quickly at that high price. It turns out, Pricelabs saw that rentals in my market were all raising prices for the Formula 1 race that weekend, roughly 20 minutes from my property. If not for Pricelabs, I would have left thousands on the table just on that weekend.

So far my experience with pricelabs has been wonderful. Our account manager Daniel Zammata has been very informative and patient with our questions during the onboarding. My experience with price labs so far has been as such:
1. Integration with Smoobu - Smoobu blames Pricelabs, which blames Smoobu bottom line - I have to disable VRBO
2. Slow. The system is hilariously slow
3. Geolocation - My properties are in Thailand yet are geolocated to Germany when comparing hotel prices. I opened a ticket and talked to support – Yeah, we will send this to the Data Science department. Well, I’m still waiting for a response, and hotels are still in Germany,
4. Prices unreliable – 1 bedroom apartment X3 more expansive than a two-bedroom apartment in the same condo

Price Labs is a great tool, with much added Value.

PriceLabs provides Very high ease of use and stellar customer service. It's a must-have for anyone in the industry and easily generates a positive ROI within weeks.

Initially, we had some challenges during the setup process as all our listings were pulled in automatically.
Which were too many, and made the UI overly packed with irrelevant units.

Apart from that, the only thing PriceLabs must improve, in my opinion, is the loading speed of property rates. Whenever one selects a listing it takes way too long.
