Stay well clear of this company all they do is lie lie and more lies was meant to get item 4 days after I ordered it they keep lying saying it’s on its way and 2 weeks later nothing they never answer the questions fully and now I have asked for a full refund a discussing shameful company stay well clear
Ordered the mini me doll which for how much you pay is not worth it at all. It looks rubbish & cheaply put together, not like the images you see. It's going in the bin!

Ordered a gift by next day delivery. It did not arrive and the tracking was hopeless. I complained and received an apologetic email and refund of postage but when Evri delivered a day late it wasn’t even the exact item I had ordered but had a different packaging design, an older version. It also looked as if EVri had been kicking the parcel around the van and there was a hole in the padded envelope. Pressiebox offered a refund if I sent it back. I decided just to learn my lesson and not use them again.

Can’t believe that I’m still getting marketing emails from prezzie box saying order by 18th December to be here in time for Christmas. Based on my previous review and the countless reviews from other people I am assuming they mean Christmas 2024.
Placed a order only 2 items arrived out of 3, I emailed the company to find out why, all they said was the item was being sent separately. This was suppose to be delivered December the 3rd, its now the 13th and after 2 emails I have been ignored and still no item delivered, I advise to stay away from this dodgy company. Looks like I'm going to be doing a charge back from my bank to this company
