Horrible!! I've tried several times to get it in my hair and it just don't work- maybe after 30 more tries I can get it in and make it look good! The wire must be 12 inches and sticks out the back of your hair- very noticeable also very very thin- If they would triple the thickness of hair and shorten the wire it would help ALOT!!! Especially for the price.

I ordered two medium blonde pieces and I think they’re great, they look unreal as pig tails and I imagine they will look good as a pony too. I’ve just seen all the reviews about the wire through the middle, I can’t understand why people are surprised, that’s the whole premise of the extensions!! It’s not obvious at all as you wrap most of it around your own hair. I personally think they’re great I’m just a bit skeptical about how long they will last for as they’re quite expensive so I hope they don’t ruin easily!!

I have ordered from PrettyParty before 2 Ruby's and LOVE them. Great quality hair and very affordable! I just ordered 2 Gemma's and they are too dark as I have lightened my hair since the Ruby's I guess. Anyways their customer service got right back to my email and made it a very smooth process in returning/exchanging. I am a regional manager in sales and really appreciate a good company with great customer service. I am exchanging and will be purchasing from them again. Hope this helps anyone that is worried about ordering! I know I read reviews before placing an initial order so happy to contribute.

This was an unusual and beautiful transaction and purchase experience.
It took me 5 weeks to convince myself to finally buy 2 Ruby items for myself after being tempted several times by their advertisings in face book.
I was not sure if I purchase and it was not what the ad was saying, I could return and get a refund without problem and without waiting for a long time. I purchased t. And once it arrived I realized that the color was not close to my hair color desired.( That was my nightmare. I had done some research to find out if there is any store having the actual pc and I could see which color is a perfect match and there was none. After all that was one of the reasons I was debating to buy or not to buy.)
So I had to call back, right away was helped with a very professional and friendly guy called Chris and explained to me that I could get some pictures and send them so their color professionals that would help with the right color. Which they did and he told me I can mail back the pcs and have the right pc with no shipping cost. Which was another concern of mine. And finally very shortly I received the desired color Ruby. and extremely happy.

I did not receive my order or any update on the status of my order. I ordered 2 ruby hair in June. It's the 16th of august now still no information. the tracking I got was last updated on the 5th of July in Germany. I used the au website I even sent a dm on Instagram to confirm it's the Australian website. I paid $152 for nothing a total waste of time and money. STAY AWAY.

I ordered this product over 7 weeks ago and have had no movement on tracking. I have requested a refund. So disappointed.

Ordered one piece in May it is now mid July and item still hasn’t arrived . Zero communication from this company I had reached out several times and have now asked for a refund .

I have not received my order nor have I received any shipping or tracking information and it has been about two weeks. I would like a refund immediately.

Just got my Ruby pony tail and what a waste of $80. I ordered medium blonde which is almost a platinum blonde. And there’s a wire going through it that you are not aware of when purchasing ( isn’t clear in video) that is really heavy on your head. I have very thin hair and it does not hold on my head at all... The videos of them showing you how to place it looks so easy but when you get the product it is not easy to install at all. A waste of money for sure. I would love a refund but know that’s not going to happen. I would be glad to return... Does not feel like real pony tail.

Color was completely off. I called to request an exchange and they tell me if I open the package I cannot exchange it!! How else would I know if the color is right if I don't open the package. Then this lady hangs up on me...I'm sure it was an accident. PS: This is not for people with fine hair like me. Last time I order something from an IG ad!!!

I ordered two Ruby pieces from Pretty Party and they are not at all what I expected. These won't work as a pony tail or a half up half down. The wire inside is hardly covered by enough hair and it is impossible to get to sit at a natural angle. I can use them for messy buns but that is it. Not worth the money. You are better off to check Insert Name Here Hair ponies for much more affordable and wearable pieces. Stay away!!!

What a ripoff. I finally opened up the 2 Ruby ponytails I got and guess what? They slip right out of my hair and there is no way I could possibly ever wear them in a way they would look good. Complete waste of my money!

The medium auburn is a dark red brown, not a natural color and is basically brown. I tried lifting it myself since they wont accept a return and the darn thing doesn't even change colors. Its literally useless and I wasted over $80 on this. Never again. Colors don't match pictures AT all.

I purchased 2 ruby hair pieces. First the hair does not look real. The colors I purchased medium blonde (very yellow like Barbie hair) and dirty blonde which is a ashy light brown. The hair has ALOT of static. Second this hair piece which you wear as a pony tail is so heavy it does not stay. The extension is falling off my head. The pony tail extension has a heavy thick wire through it. It does not sit naturally. There is so much wrong with this hair extension piece. Just imagine having a very long pony tail that is full of static has a heavy wire running through it and you feel the pony tail sliding down your head and the extension falling out. Do not buy this before seeing this in person. I wasted $160 on 2 hair pieces I can’t use or return. I emailed prettyparty thru email and on Facebook but they did not respond.
I have followed YouTube videos as well and can not get this to work.
