I placed an order and have been waiting…

I placed an order and have been waiting for more than 84 hours for a tracking number and a simple response from Customer Service. Then I go look on social media and all I see are complaints about how no one can get hold of them, they're not receiving their items. AVOID THIS "STORE" AT ALL COSTS!!!

Termination of multiple agents working…

Termination of multiple agents working under Excevo.

A large number of employees were hired to manage the Christmas and New Year volume and have now been abruptly terminated without proper notice. Additionally, several agents are still awaiting full and final settlement.

If these dues are not cleared promptly and transparently, the matter will be escalated further. Documentation regarding operational practices, including issues surrounding the Gift Card and Swap Protect processes, as well as concerns about the refund handling system, is being compiled.

Should this situation remain unresolved, the information will be formally submitted to relevant authorities and appropriate platforms for review.

THEFT OF TRACK SUIT BY PRETTY LITTLE THINGS!

I ordered a track suit top and bottom from Pretty Little Things, and the Ts and Cs clearly say that they do not do exchanges, but will refund to the original bank account and that the buyer must pay their own postage. My suit was the wrong size for me, so I send it back with all the details the company had sent to me. No refund has been received and over a fortnight has now passed. I have written to their CEO personally and posted it recorded delivery by Royal Mail and it has been recorded as having been delivered. I AM NOW LOOKING ON THIS AS BEING THEFT!

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking - my daughter requested a refund and got an Account credit instead and they simply won’t budge saying that it’s too late now despite this being their fault. When we try to contact them you get a chat bot, clearly programmed to avoid the question, give standard ‘batting away’ responses. Can’t even ask for a human being to talk to, just keeps saying that it may be able to help, NOT. This is now going to Trading Standards. AVOID!

Did not receive my items

I ordered my daughter’s clothes over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received my items yet. There’s no live person to talk to or chat with. All responses are automated. Will NEVER order from this company again.

PLT-Jacket-No refund/contact-return-month ago still

Sent PLT jacket back month ago-20.10.25 no response from PLT-on only Facebook contact available, no LiveChat/phone. No replies to any my Facebook contacts & no refund still. No PLT Manager called me & no idea when I get my refund!!!!! I have to open PayPal Dispute on. Disgusteing.NEVER ORDER FROM PLT AGAIN.
