Item never arrived, I placed order for cosmelan peel I sent seller confirmation of my payment and when will it be dispatched. Not one email I received from the company. communication is key for every business avoid seemed like a fake site so I’m so happy I paid via PayPal and got a refund after doing a dispute on the seller for no communication and no update on my order and it was express delivery!!!!

Hello, you purchased on Friday, 3rd February, at 7 pm, which is past our cut-off delivery time.
All couriers don't work on the weekend.
We have an expected date for delivery on Wednesday, 8th February at the latest.
Still, you raised a case on Paypal on Tuesday7th, in which the delivery is already prepared for delivery by DPD.
It was under the estimated date that we provided to you.
So, we stopped the delivery and cancelled your order to return to the sender after receiving a notification from Paypal.
Express service means an express courier such as DPD, DHL, or Evri Next day.
If we are a fake company, we will not offer you Paypal on our website. In fact, we love that the customer paid by Paypal, and we always encourage our customers to use this payment method.
We registered a company in the UK and obeyed the law.
You are supposed to receive your parcel by Tuesday, and you have raised the case on Paypal by the morning of Tuesday not even wait until the end of the day.
And we also explained that to the Paypal business team and offered you a full refund, and cancelled the order right away before the delivery from the depot processing to you.
Plus+ Express Courier is free of charge as a complimentary service from our company.

Bad experience I haven’t received my order no updates they don’t respond to emails. I regret using this shop. If I don’t receive my order before Friday I’m going there for my refund . Now it’s almost 2 weeks

Ordered product not sent
Ordered product…days later received email to inform me of problems with stock and staff absences which meant product cannot be sent to me. Not great experience for first time customer.
27Jan23: my review above was based on my truthful and honest experience. It was not intended to be slanderous to Pretty Glorious. To my absolute surprise, they chose to respond to my review by shouting at me. Unbelievable. I have never come across such juvenile and unprofessional business etiquette.
29Jan23: another update to this is that I have not received my refund! So in summary, my experience with Pretty Glorious is as follows:
Purchased product 29th Dec 22, received email 04th Jan 23 from Pretty Glorious stating they will refund me as they have staff shortages etc,
29Jan23 still waiting for refund. Had to open a PayPal dispute.

Poor service. No refund for cancelled order
My order was cancelled for no reason and no refund has been given after many days.
To follow up, I contacted my bank and they said PGL took the money it’s not with the bank. So stop pushing away the responsibility. It’s ridiculous.
