Purchase the pair in February of 2025 used them for about 2 months then went out of work on injury until June of 2026. 2 weeks into June the plastic knob that ratchets The Wire broke. Now the shoes won't stay tight. So less than 4 months of use the soles aren't even broken yet, and they're junk.

Same story as others . Ordered shoes in February, and Tactical pants . Mid June and no product will not respond to email.

Ordered 2 pairs from prestivo.com via the Shop app. After about a month, I emailed the support contact and got a replay from Bryan who stated orders delayed blah blah and I requested a refund. Needless to say a few weeks later, Iwent back on shop and attempted to contact them again and, but they had already shut the site down. $80 down the drain. I would suggest not using Shop since they won't do anything about fraudulent sellers.

Ordered on 2/19/25. It is currently may 10th and still haven't received anything

I placed my order Jan 21st 2025 through the Shop App. After not receiving my shoes for a month I reached out via email. I was told to wait a while longer. It's been over three months and now they have an inactive email. They took my money and never gave me the product. I placed a complaint through the Shop App and all they did was say the merchant is responsible asks will respond. No they won't. Their store isn't even on the Shop App anymore.

Ordered shoes over a month ago and still haven't gotten them even tried getting money back and nothing how dirty is that???

I got scammed never received the shoes!!! Tried to contact them and never heard from them what a shame taking peoples money away something should be done

Has anyone received their shoes? I had my bank reverse the charge that didn't come from Prestivos they charged me from some company name the Golden Closet. Can anyone relate?

Scammed, website doesn't exist anymore, shoes never came and emails are still unanswered. Requested a chargeback.

I ordered two pairs of these shoes in January. Still no shoes till today. Send an email three times finally on march a guy name Brian sending the email say that they have an issue with the delivery its April. I tried to send email. Again Nobody responded. They out here screaming people. I need my shoes or my money back. Or we can all come together and Sue this company !!!

I placed an order never received and the support email never responded to my concern

Ordered in January, got an email a couple weeks later saying shipped, got another email a month later saying "on the way". Still, another 1.5 months later, no shoes. No valid support email, no valid store site, I got scammed. Now requesting my credit card do a charge back. Don't waste your time with these scammers.

I will never attempt to order anything that is advertised off of Facebook as with everybody else's reviews I ordered as well received nothing sent emails no longer exist Facebook you guys absolutely suck at customer security

Husband ordered them back in January for work. He just so happened to look at the shipping and it was a different state. He contact seller, no big deal they said they will fix it. Weeks go by, he sends an email requesting a refund. It bounces back and says “incoming suspended due to abuse” so either they blocked him or they were reported for scams. Either way they are thieves.

Complete Scam. Never received the shoes I ordered. Emailed several times, always got a response up to last week. Now no website, no answer, etc.

Ordered in January got shipped notice in March with an incorrect shipping address. never received shoes,emailed requesting refund, never responded to my email,looked at my bank statement says an entire other website as the transaction name tried to contact that website through what they have listed as contact options email doesn't work and phone number not active and address said it's an apartment in Texas. Looked it up and there's no such address. I ordered 2 pairs and got scammed now I'm disputing with my bank

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON MY ORDER FOR 2 MONTHS! NO REPLY TO MY EMAILS!

My shoes were not ever delivered! I placed my order back in February! Mailer daemon rejecting emails! Site not found!
