I have had a Prestige Medical BP cuff for years but the calibration on the gauge started to fail. I contacted custom service and they were great. I had a new gauge in a week.

I ordered my blood glucose meter, but I mistakenly provided the wrong address. Of course, I was really looking forward to it and was quite upset when it didn't arrive.
