⚠️ Alert – Car Hire Issue in Dubai ⚠️
I’m sharing my situation to make others aware.
In February, I hired a vehicle from a rental company in Dubai and paid a deposit using my credit card. Since then, despite several reminders, the company has not returned my money and keeps giving misleading reasons, like administrative delays and banking issues — which don’t seem legitimate.
I have now started a dispute through my bank and reported the matter to the local authorities.
Please stay vigilant if you plan to rent a car there. Make sure all conditions are clearly agreed upon and be very cautious when paying deposits.

⚠️ Warning – Car Rental Experience in Dubai ⚠️
I want to share my experience to warn others.
In January, I rented a car from Prestige Fleet UAE in Dubai and paid a security deposit by credit card. Since then, despite multiple follow-ups, the company has refused to refund my deposit, giving false excuses such as banks and offices being closed due to the situation in the Middle East — which is simply not true.
I have now initiated a chargeback with my bank and filed a complaint with Dubai Police.
Please be cautious if you consider renting from this company. I strongly advise ensuring clear terms and being careful with deposits.
If the situation is resolved, I will update this post accordingly.
