Very nice place, clean, big, amazing view

We have stay one week in Aretousa villa with my family for wedding holiday,and it was the best experince and memories that we have.The villa's was very clean,provide with everything you need and the view was spechless.I highly recomend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location of the house is perfect. Close to Sea Caves, 5 minutes from the beaches in Coral Bay. Very clean. Fitted with everything you need. Highly functional, secure. Big parking space, pool was prestine. We had the combination of Aretousa Ena and Aretousa Dio. Both houses, excelent condition. Pool table, ping pong table, large BBQ area. Very spacious both houses. Fited 19 people for 7 nights between the 2 houses, easly. Price was very good. And instructions on everything was clear, modern and mostly operated online. We look forward to staying there again.

Amazing place, perfect por vacations. Great view and facilities to relax

First used with Prestige Villas 2 years ago and will continue to do so. The properties are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for Gerry and Angela. Can't wait for June when we have booked to return.

We’ve just returned from a fabulous family holiday at Villa Bella Katerina in Coral Bay. The villa was wonderful, clean, spacious and in a quiet and private location with all the amenities we needed. Gerry and the team were brilliant, very helpful and responsive when we had questions and we really appreciated the comprehensive and informative check in process and villa walk around on our arrival. We recently stayed at this villa with our family, and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The villa itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, offering everything we could have needed for a relaxing holiday. The interiors are tastefully decorated and very comfortable, while the outdoor space is simply stunning — plenty of room for the children to play, a lovely pool area, and gorgeous views that made every morning feel special.

The location is ideal: peaceful and private, yet still convenient for shops, restaurants, and local attractions. It gave us the perfect balance of relaxation and opportunities to explore the area.

The hosts were outstanding — welcoming, attentive, and always available if we had any questions. Their attention to detail and thoughtful touches truly made us feel at home.

Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations and gave us a family holiday we will always remember. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our amazing stay at Aretousa Dyo was everything a family needed. We travel a lot as a family and with 3 boys and 1 girl it can go one way or the other on accommodation and location, well, this place has both and much much more. We ordered a few inflatables before our stay from a local company which were delivered to the villa and there for our arrival, we also picked up a few bits (remote control boats) from Jumbo, the mega mega “sell everything” shop at the Paphos Mall (10mins drive). We ate down at the shipwreck which is a 3min drive away but mainly you would have seen spotted us at Sense by the Sea, a beach bar that’s just 8mins drive, well priced and breathtaking views, Haloumi with Lountza in Pitta for the wife and I and a large fruit platter for the kids (we prepared them breakfast in the villa before hand in one of its well stocked kitchen…. Yes, you’ve got two kitchens!!).

The pool is a good size and there was more than enough room with an outdoor shower, a table tennis table under cover, MASSIVE traditional BBQ for you to skewer some souvlaki if your feeling brave (seasoning for which can be picked up from the local kiosk).

Gerry is the gentleman that will be looking after you, he’s the friendliest and most amenable host you could ever ask for, he is literally a phone call away and even helped with our car hire return (which you can also book through him at better rates than elsewhere we found). We saw him on day one and then at the end of the stay but seriously, you’ll wish you had him over for your BBQ. The pool is topped up every other day, which is done while you sleep and is nice and cool to jump into as a tan is easily achieved on day one, so good is the sun facing Villa.

We are so happy that we are in fact booking our next stay today, tempted to leave the kids behind this time so as to take full advantage of the peace, quiet and the hot tub 😉.

My advice, Prestige Bookings have a portfolio of lovely villas, if this one is too big or too small then I’m sure they have something for you, we’ve stayed with other companies over the years and this one is definitely the best!!

Our guide Gerry was brilliant giving us a warm welcome and gave us loads of information regarding things to do around the area including recommended shops, restaurants and even a local taxi company who was brilliant and catered to our needs daily.

The villa was a pleasure very spacious and had everything you would expect from a self catering holiday, very clean, the pool was fantastic as expected.

Very relaxed holiday Gerry also went above and beyond to get us a late checkout in good time witch took a load of off our minds highly recommend.

Gerry is a pleasure to deal with and a word is a word. We have been coming back for years and he never lets us down. Excellent villas and will always look to accommodate early arrivals/late checkouts when possible . Prestige just take out any stress that could come your way so that you have a real relaxing break - Highly recommend

I honestly think this is one of the best villas I’ve ever stayed in and it's definitely the one of the best villa In Cyprus. From the moment we arrived, everything just felt perfect. The place is beautiful, super clean, and has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing holiday, we didn’t feel like anything was missing.

What made the stay even more special was the host. He’s genuinely such a nice person and really does everything he can to make sure you’re comfortable and enjoying yourself. You can tell he truly cares about his guests, which makes a big difference.

We had an amazing time and I’d happily come back again. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service; we work hard to have our holiday and do have high expectations, we want to be looked after and have a luxurious time that keep us happy until we can return. Gerry and his team are kind, thoughtful, and go the extra mile. From the personal greetings and being on hand to answer any questions. They know the area really well and are very well respected by local businesses, we just mentioned Gerry’s villa and we got the gold star treatment. The villa itself provided us with space, peace and a very relaxing holiday. Just getting the deposit together to book again. Gerry was a pleasure from the start. Met in person to guide us to the villa. We had an issue with our villa through jet2 (power fault) and needed relocating temporarily. Gerry was fantastic and worked with our villa company to house us within hours of needing it. Had the villa cleaned and prepped for us. On arrival the villa was immaculate. All features and local places explained by Gerry and a well presented brochure in the villa its self.

The villa is very well presented with all new age technology and decor, perfect for a couple/freinds or a family of 5!

Had such a great time in Cyprus. Villa Bella Katerina is a great base to explore from and also a really lovely villa to enjoy your time at, relaxing by the pool and in the pool. The villa has everything you need from the kitchen to the living space. Would definitely stay again!!

The villa is spacious and very well-maintained, with an amazing location and fantastic pool and outdoor area perfect for enjoying the beautiful views of the sea and enjoying sunshine and memorable sunsets. We especially loved the peaceful location, which offered privacy and tranquility, while still being close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.
The hosts were outstanding — welcoming, professional, and always available for anything we needed, without ever being intrusive. Their attention to detail and hospitality made our stay feel truly special.
