I have just received my Tudor Harrords watch after winning the auction on Sunday night. 2x £4 tickets won me a fantastic watch in mint condition, fully boxed with papers. The process was extremely easy with a call from Ryan stating that I had won the raffle, to then receiving my watch two days later.
I have been buying tickets for a few months on other watches, but struck lucky with this one.
Ryan reached out from start to finish to ensure that I received the watch and was happy with the win...which obviously I was.
Fantastic experience from start to finish.

Brilliant Service and very easy to enter
The lads at prestige were so polite and friendly when I won the Black Bay 58. They went out their way to organise a way for me to get the watch from them, they even were about to do a 12 hour round trip to get it to me! Instead though it was delivered and they were unbelievably snappy with it, came the next day and the whole time was kept up to date from them. Absolutely brilliant!

Im new to PWC and I just tried my luck to one of their competitions and then shockingly i won the £500 cash. Very thankful to the lads the money arrived in my account so quick. I highly recommend you to join and be part of the PWC competitions. Maybe next time i will win and meet them in person.

Very good experience
I’ve been playing for a few months and was lucky enough to win a watch, the watch was brand new and everything I expected, the delivery service was great, the competitions are extremely low odds and very fairly priced. The lads were really helpful and friendly throughout.

Bit strange how 70% of tickets were left 3 minutes before end of the cash draw and then all of a sudden they’re sold out? Then no live draw to watch them pick the winner. Feels a bit dodgy to me I won’t be using this company again

Hi mate, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We won't lie, it's really tough reading our first ever negative review after 18 months of running competitions, especially when we've always tried our absolute best to be as fair and transparent as possible.
Firstly, the £2,000 cash competition was always scheduled as an automated draw, and this was clearly stated in the competition description before anyone entered. We recently introduced automated draws for some of our smaller competitions to allow us to run more prizes alongside our main watch competitions. Until recently, we only ever ran one competition at a time, and every one of our main watch draws has been conducted live on our social media. Those live draws are still available for anyone to watch, and our main watch competitions continue to be drawn live. That said, we do take feedback like yours seriously, and we'll be reviewing how we run our smaller competitions going forward.
Regarding the ticket sales, we had a couple of customers purchase a large number of tickets during the final hour. Over the last 18 months, the final hour has consistently been our busiest period for sales, and our historic sales data backs that up.
We also can't reconcile the figure of "70% sold in the last 3 minutes" with our records. The competition officially sold out at 20:19, and the final order that completed the sell-out was placed at exactly 20:19. From our data, sales built up throughout the final hour rather than in the final three minutes, so it's possible what you were seeing hadn't refreshed in real time.
It's also worth mentioning that this was only the second competition we've ever sold out in 18 months, so this certainly isn't something that happens regularly.
Fairness is the single most important part of our business. We would never manipulate ticket sales or the outcome of a draw. Every winner is selected using an independent third-party random draw system, and our reputation means far more to us than any single competition.
We do wish you'd reached out to us directly first, as we'd have been more than happy to answer your questions and hopefully put your mind at ease before you felt the need to leave a review.

I can't speak highly enough of Prestige Watch Circle. I have been entering their competitions for a while now, I bought 1 ticket for the recent Tudor GMT Pepsi competition and was lucky enough to receive a call from Ryan this week informing me I'd won. I was kept informed of the whole process and next steps from the minute of the winning phone call. PWC hand delivered the watch to me, it is in absolutely immaculate condition and I'm over the moon with it. Ryan and Josh took the time to have a good chat and even re-size the bracelet for me till the watch fit perfectly. The best watch competition out there
Honestly couldn’t believe my luck when I got the phone call to say I’d won from my last minute, one ticket purchase! I’ve always been sceptical of competitions but I guess I can’t say that now I’ve had a Tudor Chrono Panda hand delivered to my door. Really great bunch of lads, passionate about what they’re doing and committed to their business. Communication was very clear after winning and as I said the whole hand delivering of the watch really just was the icing on the cake.

Trustworthy, transparent and worth it
Genuinely first-class experience with Prestige Watch Circle. I won a Tudor watch and the condition was absolutely immaculate, exactly as described. Once I'd won, the communication was fantastic throughout, and Ryan and Josh are genuinely nice lads who clearly take pride in what they do. The odds on their competitions are very good, and the draws feature a wide range of luxury brands including Tudor, Rolex, Cartier and Omega, giving anyone a great chance to own a luxury watch. I have been paying with PWC for many months each week without fail. I finally got a win with 13 tickets which is rather ironic but I settled on that amount this time as a bit of humour!!Josh made contact strait after the Draw and arranged to personally deliver the watch on Tuesday afternoon meeting me near where I was working that day. A seven hour round trip which he insisted on doing to put my prize in my hand. First class site with service to match. Highly recommend to all!!
