I bought the speed module for my online store 100% made with PrestaShop 1.8.
The module did not work as the YouTube video showed and also caused several technical errors (CSS) in the design of my store and the metrics of GTMetrix and others became worse.
After testing the product and trying to get it to work for almost 10 days, I decided to uninstall the "prestahero" module and request a refund of my money. However, to my surprise, "Prestahero" refused to return my money and I had to make the claim through Paypal to recover my 120 US dollars, since Prestahero lies to its customers saying that you have 15 business days to try the product but Then they invent all possible excuses to keep your money and you have to settle for keeping a product that does not work well for your company.
In conclusion, paying everything with Paypal is a guarantee of consumer protection. If I had paid Prestahero for the product with my card I would not have had any possibility of reclaiming my money and finally it is disappointing that companies like "Prestahero" lie to their customers. promising a satisfaction guarantee on their products and then they don't keep their word, they just want to keep your money even if their products don't work 100% and that's not professional, so be careful with them.
