Yes this is a scam, sorry. I went on Press Release Jet's News section and then Googled the each headline and almost NONE of them made Google News. Sad that Cision is the only thing out there - total monopoly. I wish there would be a legitimate competitor to Cision as I absolutely HATE Cision.

Some PR firms have a bad support and most times are expensive on top of the bad support. With this firm I got a good price - a great price - and I sure am moving most of my PRs distribution through you.

Using Press Release Jet so far has been good, I am very pleased with the result I am getting. The best thing is, I paid only for the $129 package, which is way cheaper compared to what I am used in paying before moving to this guys.

Deceptive Pricing - Bait and Switch Tactic - Beware!

I did my research, spent time on the press release jet website, contacted a support rep the day before my purchase and then proceeded with a purchase. The pricing clearly showed one price on the display page of their website. I chose the copy writing and distribution option which directed me to a purchase page. I entered my description and provided my credit card information expecting that I would see a summary of my charges before ordering but nothing standard like that occurred. The next thing I saw was a thank you message and an email with a receipt for higher pricing. I then contacted support, chatted with a Reilly, who immediately began to argue that the pricing had changed and that the receipt was correct. I took a screen shot of the service/pricing page and provided it during our chat, but Reilly continued to argue that the pricing was right. Never did he apologize or suggest that my issue would be resolved until I mentioned that I would report their site for false advertising. The FTC has a very strong attitude about false advertising where anyone can report this type of marketing. Bottom line, I was planning to do a lot of marketing with PRJ but the fact that they won't take responsibility for what they are advertising, makes me very nervous about doing business with them. I asked the support person Reilly to cancel my order which was only 15 minutes old but he never acknowledged or honored my request. I will be disputing with American Express, reporting them to the FTC and BBB. A very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend not buying from this company. They have no idea what they are doing and have no professionalism and practice deceptive advertising.

24/7 support is a lie. Company is staffed by one person only available by email. Phone number is just a recording. Deadline is missed, no one will reply to me and I will probably have to get my money back from my credit card.

It’s a scam! Just use a real company if the PR matters.
