I recently had the misfortune of placing an order for a themed birthday surprise. As per terms I ordered BEFORE 1pm on a Wednesday for next day delivery, for REF I have highlighted T&Cs below,the boy at the end of the line seemed to think ordering at 12:39 on a Wednesday was a problem, if that is the case DONT state this time!!
Today at 1pm I rang to chase this order as Royal Mail had already been to my office only to be told it has been “dispatched” this was not the reply I should have been having. He then went onto say that delivery would be tomorrow, on a Saturday where offices are closed. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement!! After a heated exchange where he still couldn’t grasp “next day” delivery he said he would refund my delivery but not the price of the goods as they would have to be returned, alas that’s the beginning. I now have to wait for Royal Mail to return the item to them as I have NO intention of finding their sorting office, I live approx 10 miles from where I work so collection will not be an option coupled with the fact the items late delivery means it’s now surplus to my surprise as I need to source similar goods.
In hindsight I should have read your reviews because there is very little positive feedback

Despite so many negative reviews I only had a small niggle about the company - the wrong item was sent. However, this arrived quickly within a few days, was well packed etc. I couldn't click on the links for the correct department help mail, so sent a general email to help and had a reply from Gemma within about an hour - despite the time frame being what I would have expected to be outside normal business hours (8.30 pm). The mail was to the point, explained a replacement would be on its way and I could donate the incorrect item to a charity of my choice. I was notified the following day that the replacement was indeed on the way and what's more it arrived the following day. Humans make mistakes, but I was more than happy with customer service - keep it up and thank you Gemma, I thought your service went above and beyond. I would be happy to buy again based on my experiences.

I have just ordered a large spade and fork in error for my elderly parent.
I ordered the wrong item and wanted to return. Apparently I have to return this LARGE HEAVY item at my own expense
All I can say is where was the warning of this when it was ordered. On the web site !! So the marketing targets the elderly but the company is making it as hard as possible for them to return unwanted items.

Similar to other reviews - one item not delivered despite saying it was in the package on the despatch note. 4 attempts to obtain a refund later by long telephone calls - nothing! I will never use them again - worst customer service I've encountered recently.
Poor customer service, items out of stock, hard to get refund
Placed an order beginning of December, the items said They were dispatched but tracking did not work and they did not arrive until a few days before Christmas.
One item was missing from the order and a packing slip inside said it was out of stock and a refund would be processed. I did not find out the item was out of stock until this very late stage right before Christmas.
The refund never came through and two emails to their customer service were never responded to. I then messaged their facebook page (which is full of unhappy customer posts) who then replied and eventually gave me a refund on 21st January.
No apology, no acknowledgement of poor service.
Bad company who are acting amateurishly and I cannot see them surviving if this continues.
Terrible Customer Service
Placed an Order which arrived with one item missing as out of stock,
the delivery note stated that a refund would be given. The company ignored my messages about the refund, so I contacted them by phone and was promised the refund would be with me in two hours, it didn't arrive. I finally received a refund a month later after making a PayPal claim. Amount they needed to refund me £4.99!! Needless to say I won't be using them again.
Disgusting service
Ordered several items on 21/11/18, some items were out of stock so were delayed.
I was emailed to say the available items were to be dispatched and received three tracking numbers. On opening, the packages were missing several items from those stated to have been sent in the email. I checked the tracking numbers and all packages had arrived. On checking the packing slip for each parcel. the missing items weren't even listed! They were obviously never sent.
I later received the out of stock items but never those missing from the packages. My emails were repeatedly ignored and the phones went unanswered. Luckily I managed to buy the same items elsewhere and for much cheaper! I've finally received a refund for the missing items but no apology.
Absolute farce of a company. I'll be amazed if you can stay in business with customer service being so awful!

I wish I had read these earlier reviews before I ordered from this rubbish company. I have had the same bad experience as others. I placed an order on 12 December - ten days ago - for my grandchildren in time for Christmas. On 18 December, Qwerkity emailed me that it had been shipped. Today, 22 December, however, Hermes tracking still says the delivery company is awaiting the parcel from Qwerkity. I have spent ages trying to phone and email Qwerkity, but it has been impossible to get a reply. I assume I will be diassapointing my grandchildren at Christmas, and that like other reviewers will face a big battle to get restitution afterwards.SPREAD THE WORD,DON’T GO NEAR THiS COMPANY. Ordered Christmas gift for family member on 10/12/18. Was told I would receive email when item dispatched. After 7 days of nothing, I attempted to contact Qwerkity. I sent 2 emails (no reply) and tried to ring them (couldn't get through). I ended up opening a Paypal dispute while still trying to contact them by phone. Finally, I spoke to someone who put me through to a manager. He said my item was still in stock and he would have it sent out as a priority the following day (bearing in mind this was now 19/12/18). At the end of the next day, I received an email stating my order had been cancelled and refunded. This was 20/12/18. I was left without a Christmas gift for said family member. Would I use this company again? No. Definitely not. Neither would I recommend. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered 14/12/18. heard nothing so chased order by email 19/12 as kept hanging on the phone. no response to the email. managed just now to speak to "Matt." told him I was chasing an order. He found the order and stated it was being picked, meaning it was with the warehouse and it would be delivered xmas eve. I asked him (twice) if this was guaranteed deliver for xmas eve and he confidently stated YES twice. I asked who courier was - Hermes. to which I said great and I suppose i'll have to wait in all day then - stunned silence and then, but you should get a text or email advising of when it's going to be delivered. told him I wouldn't hold my breath
I also said that I didn't know of any other company that took this long to "pick" an order, failed to update customers with their orders, took so long to post out. UPDATE 21/12/18 - I suspected this company didn’t stock items themselves and looks like I may be correct. email 22.57 last night advising 1 item been dispatched, others will be dispatched soon. Just had a message to say these items won’t be in stock in time for Christmas so they’ve been cancelled and refunded. Why let people order items which they know full well they don’t have in stock - deception !!!. Absolutely appalling company
Avoid Qwerkity
Ordered goods on standard delivery 3-5 working days. Called after a week goods had still not been picked. Received an email after 10 days to say goods were with the carrier (hermes) and to check on their website. Hermes said they were still waiting to collect goods. Hermes claimed goods were collected over 24 hours after Qwerkity. Hermes cannot give delivery dates or times an awful courier company to match appalling service at Qwerkity. Whenever you try to call you wait at least quarter of an hour, their phone system gives poor sound quality and operatives just fob you off.
Have now had to cancel order as they could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. Excuse given for delays was they had bought the business earlier in the year and no one told them it got busy at Christmas !!

Rubbish customer service Goods promised on 3-5 working days. 7 working days later no show. One item sent which isn't remotely anything that I have ordered. Can't get through on the phone to anyone to sort it out. Customer Service is non-existent.
Incompetent
They sent me the wrong product. It took ages to get through on the phone to tell them this. They said they would email me the label for collection of the product but they didn't, so I had to call them again to get that info to write on the parcel. I made it clear that time was running out for the replacement. It did not arrive so I called again a week later to find 'someone' had cancelled it (possibly the warehouse staff) but that I had not been refunded. Apparently refunds should be automatic on cancellation by the company but again they didn't know why this had not happened. I don't usually share experiences like this but I will never buy with them again.

I ordered my grandson's christmas present on 2nd December. On 11th December i eventually got through to customer services (12 minutes) and was promised he had overridden the original order and I would get it by Friday 14th. As of nor (15th) Nothing. Have just spent 22minutes on hold to be told it still hasn't been despatched and I have to ring Monday morning and if it hasn't been despatched by then they will send another out first class to arrive Tuesday. I can't get this anywhere else otherwise I would have done. The service has been appalling. I paid for delivery too.

Ordered £70 worth of items from this company. They took the money, but no order confirmation received. Two weeks later, no sign of the goods, no contact from the company, and no response to emails. Can't get through on the phone either, so we're left wondering if the order was even received, or if they're just a scam company and we're now out £70.

Placed an order on 27th November with standard 3-5 day delivery (which i paid for). As of 10th December, still no order. Called customer services, which took 15 minutes to answer the phone, only to be told that for some reason my order had been packaged but hadn't been despatched from the warehouse. No apology, just a promise that ti would be despatched quickly.
The next day (11th), I get a notification of despatch and a tracking reference for their courier, Hermes.
As of Friday 14th December, Hermes confirm that they STILL have not received the parcel. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I am on hold once again to customer services (at the 10 minute mark so far) and I am guessing that I will need to do a last minute shops dash for the friends presents that I thought I had already arranged.

Do they know that this can be bad for their business if they wish to continue, obviously not!
