SCAM SCAM SCAM - do not buy from here. I ordered a simple product that should have come with 2 parts. I paid $45 for it. When only 1 part came I raised this immediatley and asked for the full product or full refund they offered $4 refund even though the product does not work at all. They keep coming back to the same request with a slightly higher offer of $9. Having gone to AI this appears to be a tactic from this company and to not trust them.

I purchased a so called moving visual projector. What a massive disappointment! No wonder these companies don’t allow photos or videos in there reviews as they would be out of business! I paid $90 aus to get for my mentally challenged child. He was so excited, which turned to so much sadness and disappointment… the actual projection had no moving pictures as advertised. It was almost like a slide projection on an old projector. So hard to explain, if I was able to show everyone what I had received. You would be gobsmacked! Will never purchase from this company again. And yes I have complained numerous times only to be offered $16 aus refund. Far from the $90 aus I spent. Consumers please don’t buy from this company again! Not even worth a one star!

Such a easy process from start to finish and speedy delivery product was what was advertise and excellent quality will be recommending to family and friends
