The products are quite unique and of an excellent quality. Delivery was great. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a diary this year as I do every year. DHL allegedly doing delivery got two different emails saying the one diary was delivered to two different houses but not mine. I’ve emailed the present house four times no reply. I’m furious that I didn’t over £50 no diary and no communication I will never use them again and would advise to steer clear of this company!

My wife ordered a diary as a Christmas present for me. unfortunately The Present Company sent the wrong diary and requsted my wife return the diary and she paid the Royal mail postage of £18.00. We received the new diary as ordered but after many emails and calls are still waiting for the postage refund.
After 5 weeks the service and aftercare from the Present Company has left us exasperated and we will be not purchasing any more items from The Present Company.

Whilst a little apprehensive when first ordering, the company offers PayPal and now I’m glad I took the chance.
When I enquired about the status of my order, the customer service team were prompt in their response and information.
The five mirrors I ordered are exactly as described.
Would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I love 'two bad mice' cards and the selection this company has is excellent. I ordered approx 20 cards and they all came carefully packaged and in perfect condition.

Bit disappointed, no flavoured gins , no pornstar martini drinks available.

I am so impressed with this company. The packaging was great and it was obvious they used recycled materials. Then the individual gifts inside were protected also. The quality was great and at a reasonable price. I'll be back!!!

Lovely products. I brought a number of lovely East of india products which had a substantial discount. All my items were all individually wrapped and well packaged. All the packaging was recyclable which was great. The items arrived within 48 hours of ordering. First class company.

I ordered a variety of incense sticks including some luxury ones. I’ve just tried the luxury ones so far: they really are good. More subtle & less smoky than your average incense stick. They would be lovely for a present as they come in a nice tube.

Outstanding customer service especially in these difficult times. Ordered some items & one had a small fault, as it was for a gift I wanted it to perfect but had limited time to rectify.. emailed customer service and received apology & a promise to put it right by sending out for next day delivery. Item received next day (which in times like these was unbelievable) and was in perfect condition.
