I wasn’t too happy with the food as I was expecting this to be tastier, I wasn’t able to finish any of the meals they were that bad. Was really gutted about this to be honest for the price that you are paying for this. Would recommend to shop somewhere else unfortunately.

We make the meals all from the same batch where some are happy to leave a 5 star review and a minority are not happy. This will be the case with any food as it is all down to personal preference. Some people rate the food as tasteless whereas other people think that the food is too strong. We aim to make the food tasty but this won't always appease everybody.

The food was good in general, didnt like the BBQ chicken, and for the second time of my order when I receive it there are few smashed containers.

We recently moved delivery company and on the whole, DPD are much better however the odd mishap still does happen. When hearing of smashed containers, we are always disappointed however we always try to put it right by offering a refund for the ones that are smashed.
If you get in touch with photographic evidence, we will happily refund as we use the photographs for our claim with DPD.

Won’t recommend
Order never arrived due to DPD however it is the companies delivery partner and therefore then their responsibility.
Prep UK offered to replace my order, however has stated that DPD can leave your parcel behind a bin or elsewhere if you are not at home and they as a company seem to seem this is ok. As a customer I find this totally unacceptable. As a result I have refused to accept a replacement.
If your happy for your food to be left behind a bin, or any place DPD deem necessary without your prior permission then go ahead and order it not stay well away!

Hello,
We asked you to check around the property in case DPD had left it as part of the investigation. Its food, and wouldn't keep longer than 30 hours if it returned back to the depot. Asking you to check is not unreasonable.
We offered to replace all 56 meals whilst we raise an investigation with DPD as we didn't feel it was fair for you to wait and we gave an apology. We rely on a courier and on odd occasions, things do go wrong. We reacted in a timely manor responding to your e mail straight away and by cooking them the next day to which you told us that you would refuse them.
You aired your disgust at it potentially being left by bins. We reassured you there is no chance of contamination due to the food being in a triple walled box, inside a thick foil liner and inside thick plastic tubs. Still, after offering to resend, we asked DPD to gain a signature from you therefore alleviating your concern about them being left. This would be proof that the parcel had been delivered and would have rectified every complaint that you had. You werent happy and then threatened legal action.
We feel we have done everything in our power to put right, what went wrong and can do no more.
I'm sure the readers will decide whether we have been reasonable in dealing with your issue.

I'm sorry that you felt the portion size was too small.
I have checked the records and you did order a 'Weight Loss' portion size which are smaller than the other 2 portion sizes (maintain and Muscle gain). There is obviously less in this option due to the goal being reduced calories and to lose weight.
I'm sure that you will have been satisfied had you ordered the 'maintain' or Muscle gain sizes.

Good quality meals, lots of flavour, never had a problem, I simply cannot fault one thing.

My 1st order was delivered incomplete
My 1st order was delivered incomplete. 2time order was wrong as i ordered energy bars and they sent me shakes instead. After this i stopped requesting for replacement as delivery take too much time. Staff is helpful.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I thought that you were due an explanation.
Over the period you ordered, we had very limited staffing due to most of the team being pinged by the NHS app and being requested to self isolate. The remaining team worked tirelessly trying to fulfil all of the orders on time however I can see that your order was sent out incorrectly. (I can also see that an extra protein drink was put in the order in error too ;-)
I can only apologise as this isn't our usual standard, but the circumstances we faced over that period meant it took a monumental effort from the remaining staff - which on the whole they did splendidly.

Delicious low calorie meals
I must say I am so impressed! I placed an order for load of weight loss meals on Sunday and they arrived on Thursday just before my lunch hour and I could not help but get stuck in…they just looked so delicious! I tried the spaghetti Bolognese and it was absolutely delicious. I am so looking forward to trying out the rest and placing orders for more.
