Very rude customer service

I placed an order with this company which was confirmed on 27 sept 2026. Having heard nothing 2 weeks later I messaged them. I got a generic ai message acknowledging and requesting I do not message again as they are busy. I then raised a case with PayPal as I was becoming concerned I had been scammed. They responded reasonably to PayPal but sent the following message to my personal e mail.

‘Hi …., This is due to be delivered mid october as per the description stated on your delivery. However there appears to be a problem in that youve filed a fraudulent chargeback with your payment provider?

I messaged back as their website says delivery in 4 to 5 days there was no mention of mid October on their e mail. Since then they have done nothing apart from a generic message to PayPal saying it will be delivered. I have had no delivery date or any correspondence to my email other than the above.
I am losing hope of any delivery just hoping to get a refund thru PayPal.
Please be careful if using this company.
