AVOID! this company didn't deliver the last order I made in mid December and didn't refund the money though they said they would. The website is down and they have not replied to my last emails. The email address came back as failed email delivery. They didn't even have the courtesy to explain clearly that they were out of business. So unprofessional and disappointing.

I am customer almost 2 years. I was always happy (4/5) with their meals. However, those guys disappeared without giving any explanations and they didn't refund my money. It is fine if you decide to close your business (I wish this is not the case) but you should also be responsible and respect your customers and at least let them know about what happened.

I bought the Xmas Dinner last year, it was so tasty, packed with everything you expected for an Xmas Dinner. Knowing the calories and nutrition count allowed me to balance my food out for the day. I bought more this year so they're in the freezer. Easy to order, great price, good customer service and delivery. I wish I bought more but limited space. Will be back again.

We have been waiting for two deliveries now since last Friday. They are not replying to emails or phone calls. They could at least refund us the money!!

Never delivered meals. Still awaiting refund for 2 weeks in a row. So unfortunate as the meals were top notch and was looking forward to weekly deliveries in the new year.

Great service. The food is really nice. Quick and simple when you have a busy life. I really like that you can fit in your calorie intake needs. I just wish DPD were more careful handling the packages. Sometimes the food comes in messed up.

Prep perfect really do take the stress out of my life with their tasty prepped meals. The fact that they are all healthy and portioned to my specifications is the best. My busy lifestyle means I don’t have to worry about prepping food. Being so quick and easy to heat, it stops me snacking on the bad stuff. It works perfectly for me.

Great taste, and very fresh product.
Delivery is prompt and their customer service is good too with queries being answered swiftly.
Switched to prepperfect from GSN and although slightly more expensive, it’s well worth the switch.

The food is tasty and fresh. The only issue is that I've been using the 5 day meal plan since early September and the meal choices haven't changed at all meaning it can get a bit boring. Price is reasonable and delivery is quick.
