Great experience with prepmymeal. I’ve been doing the Body Challenge for a month now and its helping me achieve my fitness goals. The meals are SO GOOD it doesnt feel restrictive at all!

PrepMymeal has some good veggie options. The portions, in my opinion, could be a bit bigger, but it's ok.
The main problems sticks to the delivery and services. I already had more than one experience that my delivery got delayed - in one case, they delayed 2 days of delivery, and unfortunately I had to go on a business trip and stay out of home for 1 week. I was told that the courier is not supposed to deliver the meals in case is passed the proper timing (since it comes in a cooled packaging that last for a few hours), but my meals were delivered anyway and I had to get back home and simply throw everything away.
Now, is also no longer possible to pre-book a specific delivery day and time window. It was already tricky before, and now became even more difficult. I have to order and then make sure I’m at home whenever it arrives.
Also, isn't straightforward canceling the recurring orders. Suddenly, I receive emails mentioning I've ordered meals that I didn't ask for it (which is also a burden as every time you need to send an email or ask for cancelation on their website).

I ordered a delivery in January. They failed to deliver it three times already, and by now it has been over a month and I still haven’t received it. On top of that, I got stuck in a subscription and another meal was ordered, even though I never received the first one. This is by far the worst service I have experienced in my 29 years of living.

I placed a trial order. The food looks absolutely nothing like the photos on the website. It’s overly spiced and tastes like low-quality cafeteria food—probably because we Italians are used to eating very well.
Aside from the fact that it doesn’t match my taste at all, what isn’t clearly stated is that you are immediately enrolled in a subscription. It’s true that it can be cancelled, but you only realize it when the second delivery arrives—one you weren’t expecting.

Total chaos, it was the worst experience ever. I would never recommend it to anyone. Delivery late 2 weeks for the second time !!!!! You contact customer support, they dont even reply.
Sent lots of emails. And nothing.

Tasteful and healthy products. I love to buy these products.

Different prices for neighbouring countries. Lol, no, thx. Way too expensive for switzerland.

Had a problem with my order, reached out to customer service, after 2 weeks still no response. Reached out to them on social media, no response either.

Edit 2: 3 months later, still nothing. Not that I expect it anymore but I thought it would be good to update the review.

I have purchased a 18 slot order.

To this day, the order is 7 days and from all that I can gather from Prepmymeal, they are refusing to help or fix the situation.

Be careful as they will not care if anything goes wrong with the order.

First delivery was fine, second delivery:
1. Was delivered one week after initial estimate
2. Two bags arrived ripped.

Prepmymeal.de refunded me for the delivery and for the bags, but I'm left with a sense of insecurity if I want to order again from them. Not the most reliable.

I complained about the resolution and was met with radio silence.

Really delicious meals with great macros.

I’m really happy with Prepmymeal! There’s a great variety of tasty and balanced meals to choose from. Everything comes frozen, super easy to store and heat up in the microwave. I’ve been ordering for a few months now and the quality is always great. I’m also very satisfied with their customer support — always friendly and quick to help. Totally recommend it!

Tested 2 dishes so far. Both were overly salted. 4gr per dish is huge. WHO recommended daily maximum of salt is 5g.
That’s a pity cause the idea and the recipe are good. Fix this please.

I recently placed an order for a one-time 12-meal box with prepmymeal.

The ordering workflow defaults to a subscription and there is no way to disable “reccuring delivery.” I had to completely empty my cart, uncheck the subscription option, and rebuild my order. This feels deliberately confusing and is an awful user experience. Also the sorting and filtering options are designed very poorly.

Regarding shipping, there is no upfront information about delivery methods. During checkout, I entered my local DHL Parcel Station, which was autocompleted by the way! Only to be informed days later that they ship exclusively with DPD and cannot deliver to DHL locations. This lack of transparency caused needless frustration. Maybe update your dedicated shipping info site.

Finally, while the food itself arrived in good condition, the meals I tried were overwhelmingly salty and not enjoyable at all.

Overall, it was a really unpleased experience.

The product is okay — nothing to complain about there. However, it feels very scammy to hide that this is a weekly order. I never saw this mentioned in any email or on the main page. This morning, I was surprised to see that my account was charged twice for the same thing. So i checked again and there is a little Text on the payment page stating that this is weekly. I’ll never order from here again if this is how the company chooses to operate.

For busy people and those who want to eat clean, this makes a lot of sense.

I am more than happy with prepmymeal. The meals are super tasty, healthy and not transformed like it is usually the case with other ready to eat meals. It saves me time and energy and even money because even if it’s not cheap (quality required), thanks to eat I don’t have to buy food in restaurant or fast food anymore. Delivery is also super fast. I definitely recommend !
