What a nasty company prepare for adventure have proved to be. Total scam. I never got my goods so I couldn't go on my adventure. Luckily I used pay pal and got a refund.
There is No place in society for companies that RIP people off.
Utterly disgraceful.
Karma will prevail.

Much the same as the other reviews here. Ordered weekend ago and nothing has arrived and there's zero response to emails of calls. Scam scam scam.

Would give zero stars if I could. Order a dd hammock from this company 20th May. I got an email with a royal mail tracking number, probably the same one they give to every customer. 3 weeks later no goods. Won't answer phone or email. Scam company!

Only gave 1 star because I had to. Do not shop a total con & rip off company. Now over 2 weeks since ordered& nothing.

I am yet another mug that has paid money to this company and received nothing in return. I would avoid them like the plague that they are. I am normally very careful about who I do business with on line but I was in a hurry and the website looked well prepared and believable. Don't fall for it like I did.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. IT IS A SCAM! I purchased a Military Smock. I needed this item for soldiering. Two weeks past and no response to my emails. No return to my voicemails that I have left. There is no one manning this site. It is a COMPLETE SCAM. Luckily I made the purchase through Pay Pal. I am awaiting a refund from them. This site is a scam. As most others have said already, "I wished I had checked the reviews before purchasing." I only ordered it through these w**k**s, as they advertised it for £12 less than anyone else. Well done for robbing a British Soldier. Your morals are second to none. I will now have to order elsewhere and wait on a refund. This site needs shutting down. When I get the time, I will be visiting the address advertised on their website. I can't stand dishonest people scamming legitimate hard working folk!

Holy crap how has this company been getting away with this for so long?seems they have tried to rob every customer they’ve ever had.do not buy from this company…..EDIT….so I managed to secure a refund directly from the seller but I had to right a bunch of bad reviews on items they have for sale on their website.I wrote a few short but bad reviews every morning before I got out of bed and soon had an email saying I had been refunded,I had no confidence it would happen but it did so my advice would be to rip into them on their own website to help spread the word of how bad their services are.

Shocking company, the web site looks so plausible too.
They purport to sell all the cool stuff us outdoors folk love but in fact they take your money and forget to send anything out.
Item ordered 18 March, still waiting despite the 3 day delivery promised.
They do not respond to emails nor do they answer the phone.
They are scamming good folk.
Raised this with PayPal.

Like others, I should have read the reviews before buying, its only been a few day as I bought a product on 3rd May, however, as part of their delivery terms I should have recived my goods by now (7th May) (terms - delivery tracked within 48 hours with text and email notifications).The worrying thing is that the landline rings off, the mobile number aviable via their FB page rings off and they have not responded to my emails. I will contact my card company for a refund. Do not use this company.

Wish I had read this page before buying a stove! One month gone and still waiting, no reply to my emails. Going to contact my card company tomorrow. Buggers.

Ordered an item in April, at a cost of over £100, item not received, no refund, no response to emails, not responding to telephone calls. Stay well clear of this site

Don't bother! Item ordered a month ago and has still not arrived yet marked as dispatched with a tracking number Royal mail do not recognise. The seller has not responded to emails or calls so Visa are now dealing with this case and are treating it as fraud. Crooks in my opinion and it would appear I'm not alone.

Read reviews about this rip off merchant ! Did not receive item, no replies from them by email, no answer from them when phoned ! In my opinion this company preys on on-line shoppers hoping that the customer will just write it off as bad experience & they are making money from this method ! Had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Read the reviews there is an obvious trend with this company !

Do not use this cowboy retailer. The item arrived 2 weeks after order, despite allegedly being posted within 48 hours. The wrong item turned up, which I returned (should have kept it in hindsight) and 7 weeks later I'm still awaiting a refund. No answer to any of my messages that have been left, including phone, email and Messenger. PayPal aren't interested because I've returned the item, so it's being dealt with by my bank. Avoid at all costs, you'll end up out of pocket.

Waited hoping they would come through but sadly as you can see below, they are shocking. Two items ordered, received nearly 14 days later. Granted a bank holiday in between but 48 delivery is included and was advised as posted day after my order was put in. No reply to emails, order turns up incorrect, one item not ordered and this seems to be happening a lot. I’ve raised with PayPal. Simply avoid and do not buy from this cowboy outfit.

Awful service, item delivered incorrectly, they have ignored emails, voicemails and messages on social media platforms. It seems they really don't care about repeat business. I will not recommend them.
