Ordered VIP Tickets for General Admission. Only received GA tickets, no early entry, complete waste of money. Buy from a another vendor.

Just had to share the incredible package Elevate VIP had sold me and my friends for Barry Manilow. The limo was beautiful, driver was super friendly and professional. Made it so easy for us to get in and out. The dinner that was included was fantastic. It was a restaurant we had never been to and the food was delicious. And lastly, the floor seats were so good. It made the experience even better. Thank you for putting together a great night for me and my friends.

Scam!!! DO NOT BUY "VIP" PACKAGES. Paid $3700 for 4 tickets and were told we would get the best seats available, after several emails due to not receiving tickets we were given $100 seats in the back of the section while they continued to sell their front row seats to other people.

The weekend in Atlanta made for a memorable event. From the hotel, to the event, if I had a question all I had to do was contact the company and I usually got my answer with the hour of me sending my email. There were some hiccups along the way, but they were quickly resolved either through customer service or by myself.

The ABSOLUTE WORST! Do not buy a VIP package. The seats were mediocre at best and the “merch” is imported fake junk from China. Check my Goodwill if you’d like to buy it 😂🤣

Tonight was life changing! I didn't think you could top CMA Awards however this charity event thought of everything. They had a carving station, make your own pasta bowl AND BBQ! Lindsey Ell was VERY talented. I have never seen her live before so even if you don't know the talent performing, this party picks the BEST! You don't be disappointed and the open bar stays open until 1:30AM!

Country Late Night: CMA’s After Party was amazing. We had so much fun. The Ultra VIP evening exceeded our expectations. Morgan Alexander is so,so good! He sang such a variety of music! I could listen to him all night! Lindsay Elle was very talented. Ole Red is a perfect venue. The staff was most attentive and made the night very memorable! 🤠❤️

Wow. Morgan Alexander blew my mind. I love his voice. I love his rhythms. My god I wish I lived here so I could experience more great times at Ole Red. I’m pickin up what y’all are putting down here. Love it

The experience was smooth!! No issues with receiving what I paid for. No issues with reservations. Only issue, after I bought my tickets I received my confirmation, then nothing for almost a month.

The seats were quite good, better than what other sites were offering for more $$$.
The restaurant that was included, Pazzo, was excellent and the dining credit was generous.
Customer service was always helpful.
However I would have liked to have gotten my included swag by two weeks after the concert and still waiting.

I bought a expensive package for MJ The Musical that was to have included premium orchestra seats. To my surprise, my seats were 2 rows from the very back of the theatre. I would not trust this company to fulfill a promise of premium seating for any event in the future

This was the first time I used Premium Seats and I was nervous about timely delivery of my tickets and other package items. I was very happy that everything was delivered, as promised. Their customer service was also very responsive to my questions.

Ordered the Diamond VIP package thinking it would provide the best possible seats plus merchandise, etc. We got seats way back in orchestra. My brother in law got great seats ahead of us for less than half the price. We never got any merchandise, just the disappointing tickets. Anyone other than these folks would be your best bet.

Reliable site. Easy to get the tickets I wanted.

Bought 2 VIP tickets for Joe Bonamassa Aug 6th at Red Rocks Ampitheater for more than $3,000.00. after reading the following:

"Looking for more than just tickets? We carry a variety of VIP entertainment packages that include pre-event hospitality such as a private upscale dinner or tailgate party, first class limousine service, deluxe hotel accommodations, VIP parking, celebrity autograph and meet and greet sessions, gift items and more.
Now, a customer assumes that the above mentioned items are included in these very expensive VIP PACKAGES! THEY ARE NOT!!!!! I believed these items were included, however, when you proceed to pay for the VIP PACKAGE a small print message pops up like the one we received below:
"Deluxe Hotel Package Includes Reserved Lower Level ticket in the first 25 rows(orders of three or more may be split) Two nights at a 4-star hotel in Denver(check in a day before event, check out a day after event) City Pass voucher allowing admission to multiple top area attractions of your choosing(one per person) Private pre show hospitality featuring food and drinks in Denver, Specially designed tour merchandise, Detailed Itinerary"…

I understand that the absence of backstage access and your seating location is disappointing but backstage access was not included in this package. Whenever shopping for tickets or packages you will get a lot of options! That's the good news. That way you, and all ticket buyers, have a variety of options and pricing to enjoy live events. When ever ordering a package, everything included will always be included in the package notes/description provided prior to purchase. Backstage access is not included with every package; much like not all hotel rooms will have a water view. You have to look at the description of the package to confirm.

This package was listed at $1,326 per ticket. This value was determined by the market value of the ticket at the time of purchase as well as the value of the additional benefits such as the hotel, pre-show hospitality, city pass and merchandise (will be shipping via UPS tracking 1Z4E21441321632996) that culminated as the Deluxe Hotel Package. The price you paid was this plus any fees that may have been charged by SeatGeek where this was purchased.

I apologize once again for any misunderstandings with what was included in this package. We certainly did not mean for this listing to be misleading in any way at all. If backstage access was part of this package, this would have been included in the description above prior to purchase on SeatGeek and throughout the checkout process.

I paid $1250 for Tickets and got 40th Rd. This was their VIP diamond package. Definitely do not buy anything from them. They lie! That’s a lot of money for two tickets. I’m not rich.

They suck! I paid $1100 for tickets in the very back of the first section. I bought VIP Diamond tickets I got row N. Are you kidding me? How could A, B or C be out of the question for $1100. I won't ever buy from them again.

The response time for messaging was great. The package that I ordered was good as well.

Beware before you buy from this company. I spent a couple of thousand dollars for a "special" fan package. The tickets arrived in time but the gift cards and fan gifts did not. I received the hats and tumblers after the event but I have NOT received the 4 gift cards. Dealing with this company is a nightmare. They do not accept responsibility for anything but instead put the owness on you the customer to resolve.
