I'm so pleased with the prompt service received.
Excellent quality too.

Really good prompt service. Plates look brilliant.
Rear plate was slightly scratched and a new one was dispatched straight away.
Could'nt ask for better customer service!

Positives:
- Good selection of plate sizes
- Easy to order on their website
- Good quality plates

Negatives:
- They use Evri as a courier (need i say more)
- No support number to call, the number listed on TP is made-up and doesn’t exist.
- Frustrated when i wasn’t getting replies to my emails, later on I found new emails in my spam as they didn’t just reply to mine.

PS. Evri absolutely suck, no support, awful tracking and no brains (Which obviously isn’t Premium Plates fault, just avoid Evri)

Ignore the countdown to 2pm, don’t pay the £9.99 express delivery, because I did, then I got all the rules and regs after I’d paid via email, to be told it’ll turn up when it turns up, well 4 days in and I’m still waiting for my delivery, all for £9.99. Hilarious.

Be careful when ordering number plates.
On the ordering page of there website there is a little box that is already on for ordering "CUSTOM PLATES".
If you do not change this box to legal the firm will send you number plates that are NOT road legal.
A very expensive mistake on my part.
Suggested to Premium Plates to make it the other way round.
Why would you order number plates that are not road legal.
Please tick box to legal.

I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Premium Plates. I placed my order on Monday 8th July arrived Wednesday 10th but these were not the plates which I thought I had ordered. I emailed the office , Jane replied at 6.15am next day from what I was told I had not understood the processing system of their plate builder, I was quite concerned that I had not received what I wanted, there was no need for me to be concerned Jane emailed to ask a few questions and even though it was my lack of I.T. knowledge that had created the problem I received a replacement pair of plates at 10.30 am Saturday morning 13th - - lucky for
some, it was for me I had them fitted by midday.

I cannot praise Jane enough she was excellent had this problem sorted immediately, communication was 5 star
service was 5 star + and the plates were faultless.

How this company can be receiving 1 star reviews I have no idea, I have never come across any other internet company where I have received better service.

Thanks Premium Plates especially Jane for what you have achieved, I am certainly a very satisfied customer.

Having received a rear plate from a rival company, thereby being unable to use legally I ordered from Premium Plates.
Imagine my surprise when they turned out to be the same company I had the dispute with.
In short Premium Plates and Car Plates Direct are the same company with the postcode JE2 4UB in Jersey. At least they got the order right this time but at a ridiculous price.

Super Product. I ordered My plates Online, designed them using the extremely "User friendly" system.
After ordering and paying, I was kept updated on the process right through until they arrived.
They look better in my hand than I could have imagined. 2 sizes for My Discovery, can't wait to fit them, Oh, well worth getting the fixing kit, because You never have all the screws and caps lying around.

First class service. Easy on line ordering and fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Really bad service, absolutely terrible after service as they sent the wrong plates and ignored numerous emails to sort the situation out. I don’t like criticising any company but not responding is just rude

I ordered plates and paid extra for express delivery...7 days later I am still waiting on delivery!!!! I am now going to have to buy elsewhere.

Excellent speedy service. A very high quality number plate. A very good experience. It was easy to design the plate on their website. You can review the plate and it’s easy to make changes before confirming the order. I’ll definitely be back again. Thank you to all the staff at Premium Plates.

I have finally received my gel number plates and they are gorgeous , I’m very pleased. On the flip side I was not impressed with the length of time the express delivery took considering the fee for express is £9.99. I wouldn’t use this company again if I need plates in a hurry. They are not the cheapest about but they have more customising options which is nice. I knocked 1 star off because of the delivery issue and the website is a bit basic

Plates supplied incorrectly, boarder on rear plate, none of the front plate. Totally ignoring my emails. No contact number or returns address. Should have know really....
Update.. Premium Plates have now responded and advised they will refund my payment... fair play

Poor knowledge, poor service, average plate. These guys don't even know the legal sizes of number plates and sent me an illegal one. They then quoted incorrect legal information which I verified with DVLA and it turned out to be nonsense. Won't be buying from here again and wish I'd have read the reviews on here first. Attitude stinks too! (and I can tell from their responses to other reviews that they never accept responsibility and have terrible customer service).

Wish I had checked reviews before buying, I bought plates yesterday (and they were not cheap) and paid the £9.99 for same day dispatch, got an email today advising they’d been manufactured (no postage confirmation or tracking details though) - that’s not same day dispatch!

Emailed querying this - no response. Now worrying I will not receive the plates going by some of these reviews. And would like to know why the company responds to reviews but not order emails?

Edit: asking for my reference number almost a month after leaving this review is no use, when I emailed the company multiple times when I placed the order.

Now sent 5 emails and still no reply.

Seems odd that only 2 days ago this company left a comment to thank a satisfied customer - yet there are several reviews in April describing the same issue - plates that don’t arrive and no way of contacting this company.

I just want my number plates - so will be watching to see if any more comments are made - as it suggests there’s no interest in helping customers with simple issues.

Yup - explained on the reply to my 5th email. Not the others. Wouldn’t want anyone to get the impression you emailed straight back with what is a fair explanation - because you didn’t!

Bought a private plate for my daughter who turns 17 next week. Purchased the plates from Premium Plates, both plates arrived with horizontal scratches. Company not replying to emails, no contact number, scammers! £40 down the drain as can’t use, the plates look terrible. Now having to buy from else where. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
