Moby has been great he picked me up from my car in the early hours. And came really quickly to collect me when I got back. As I was travelling alone Moby made the process so easy and stress free. So thank you.

Hidden transport fees, booked here because it was the best value until I arrived and was asked for an extra £13, they are taking this from each person. Really unhappy, will not use again. The staff were polite though.

I use these very regularly, never had issues and great customer service. Staff are always so friendly.

Terrible customer service. You have to ring to get a lift to airport we waited almost an hour stood in the carpark waiting for a lift. The vehicle that turned up had frayed seatbelts in it not fit for purpose it was in fact the same vehicle that we saw picking different people up it seems they only have one car hence the long wait. We got no apology for the long wait. I had booked the airport lounge that got cancelled because we were late in fact we only just made the flight. Had to come back mid holiday for a funeral again we waited for lift back to car for 50 minutes same vehicle picked us up again no apology for our wait again. We then booked my brothers car in to go back to our holiday rang the same number to book car in but when was on way to drop the car off we were told it was in another car park had to pay extra as this site which is obviously owned by them, they did day it was a different company but it wasn’t because we rang the same number and it was the same transfer bus, was gated and we had to pay extra for the transfer they also wanted keys which we were not prepared to leave waited at least an hour again for transfer got an apology this time though!! Decided on way back from holiday to get a taxi to our cars. The most stressful experience with airport parking I’ve ever experienced. Avoid at all costs.

Company repeatedly lied when we were waiting at the airport. We ended up waiting for over an hour outside the airport when we were told the wait would be 25 minutes.

Very disappointing experience.

I entered my vehicle registration and vehicle model during the booking process. The booking was accepted at the advertised price, but when I arrived I was told I had to pay an additional £35 because my vehicle was classed as a van.

In their reply to my complaint, the company admitted that their booking system does not automatically calculate or display these additional charges during the online booking process, even though customers are required to enter their vehicle details. I believe the full price should be shown before payment, not only when you arrive.

I was also disappointed to discover that additional transfer charges may apply even for standard cars, depending on the booking, which makes the final cost higher than many customers expect.

The car park is much further from the airport than I anticipated, and the shuttle waiting time was longer than expected.

After reading many other customer reviews, I realised I was not the only person who had experienced unexpected charges and confusion over the final price.

I would recommend that anyone considering this car park reads the recent Trustpilot and Google reviews carefully before booking, so they understand the possible extra charges and can make an informed decision.

Avoid avoid avoid.........We used this company and wished we hadn't!

Hidden charges on drop off! There were us and another family in one mini bus and they charged us and them £13! This was not stated at the time of booking.

On return we found our car to be damaged!! Scratched and dinted on the back panel (obviously they have hit something in it) said to put in a complaint but no correspondence as of yet!

And this is no luxury transport the vans they use are absolutely battered.

Please please do not use this company!!!

Super easy and straightforward to use. Very efficient and looked after well, especially at collection by Moby, walked out airport and straight into shuttle back to car. Will definitely use the service again.

Everything went smoothly from dropoff to pickup. The driver Mobi came promptly and took us to the park and he had good customer service skills. Felt premium indeed.

Terrible false advertising said we would take our keys with us we had to leave them with them after parking up and a £20 charge for coming to get car a day early disgusting
