Moby good reliable

Hard to find entrance as described next to fitness centre ? It was on a completely different road and entrance .Also £6.50 barrier charges each way collection and drop off seems unfair to me when others Dont do this at all !! .the driver was erratic driving in built up areas which was unsettling .I will not be returning to these people using them the first time and was very disappointed.

Charged extra £14 on arrival for airport transfers apparently hidden in the team’s and conditions. left waiting for 30 minutes for transfers and 15 minute drive to the airport. Nothing saved and only hassle to get to and from the airport.

Left me standing in the rain for 15 minutes, told me the lift would be a half hour, took them 45 minutes and then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for more people stuffing as many into the van at once as they could. They then proceeded to charge £15 for the car park at the airport! terrible service and if you’re in any form of a rush, AVOID!

A little difficult to find the location so best to search using post code. Cars are safely kept in the location. There was a drop off and collection price to pay which was stated in the letter received but not included in the price of parking. Not sure if this applies to all the more expensive parking companies.
Important Notice:

Airport has introduced a levy for vehicles dropping off passengers at its terminal forecourts. A charge of £6.50 per visit each way will apply to use the designated drop-off zones located directly outside the airport terminals and this is not included in the booking cost. It will be collected at Premium Parking Manchester counter at time of departure.

Prompt drop off and pick up, mobi was very friendly and polite.
Only downside was we had to pay extra once we had dropped the car off, feel this should be explained beforehand

Service was as expected so I guess 5 is fair, it's subjective.
They did bring my phone back when I left it in the car so actually, yeah, 5 stars absolutely

Awesome service and staff and is great value for money, car park is only 15 mins away from airport. Our driver Moby was very nice and helpful.

Brilliant experience. Was worried about the negative reviews. Moby was awesome helped me with my bags, was respectful good location felt safe and secure.

Avoid. Just simply avoid.

It took 30 minutes for them to pick us up - 'due to traffic' - then we drove for 20 minutes to arrive back at the airport to collect someone else, then another 20 minutes back to their yard - one hour and ten minutes between them being called and us arriving at our car. What's the point of asking for our return flight number if we have to go through all of that anyway?
We then all had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to return to the office so we could actually get the keys.
There is an additional £6.50 charge per person, hidden away in the 'more info' section, that you need to pay to actually get you to the airport from the yard, and having discussed this with other people on the bus and those waiting to book in, no-one knew about this beforehand. Our own fault for not reading the small print.
The bus driver did actually stop at one point, wind the window down and start swearing at another driver.

All in all - a bunch of right amateurs.
