I paid a total of £8100 for a 10kW battery and 8 solar panels. The order was placed in April 2023 for December 2023 installation which was the maximum discount. Emails received from Matthew Hurry on several occasions delaying the installation due to "lack of installers". Latest email in February stated an unspecified further delay and suggested I use Section 75 to get my money back from the credit card company. Have they spent all my money? They are not holding up their end of the agreement, Matthew's mobile phone number is now dead, my phone calls to office reception are not returned and my emails ignored. Now pursuing legal action to get my money back. Please avoid this company at all cost.
New phoenix company started in December providing the same service, Matthew Hurry is director.
Section 75 Claim may be in doubt as Shop Pay link was used during credit card transaction.
Now another disgruntled Customer
There now appears to be a growing list of people that are receiving the same email. A lot of communication throughout the purchasing process then silence. After numerous emails (all ignored) and phone calls (my number now appears to be blocked) advice to start a section 75. This i did yesterday
Bad communication and a bad service and because of this its a one star. I now await my Bank to let me know whats going on. I have no confidence in the company at all
Very bad customer service
I like Paul Hartigan received a letter advising delay and if I wanted a refund to contact my credit card company.
I paid for the installation in Feb 23 and was promised installation in Dec this was delayed to Jan i was advised due to a software problem. End of Jan received the same advice as Paul Hartigen. Asked for a guarantee installation in May or they should refund my payment with interest.
No response looks like I have been conned and they are not a honorable company letting banks give refunds and keeping these deposits.

Company Liquidation report received last week. Submitted extracts with other paperwork for S75 Claim to American Express. Payment credited back to my account within 48 hours,
What’s going on
Having previously received excellent communications from Premium Lithium I recently received an email advising that they were unable to fulfil my order on time and that they were suspending any scheduling of installations for the next few months, I was advised that if I wanted a refund to approach my Bank using a section 75 application. Or I could wait until they were in a position to install. I wrote and said that I would wait for a few months, however despite numerous emails and phone calls which I was assured would be returned and answered I have not received any further communication or confirmation that my order is still live and will be fulfilled . I am now not sure what’s going on at all. I remain hopeful however.
Appalling Service and Legal Action
Its with regret I have to write this damming review.
I agreed to the max discount of 50% and proceeded with a future installation of Solar and Battery for May 2024. As requested I paid the full Invoice by Aug 2023.
I thought I'd chase an update which the site survey would be planned, but received no update via email. Then called their office on 4 separate occasions asking for an update and advised someone would call back but still not received a response.
As you can expect this is alarming especially when paying upfront !
I requested an escalation to Matthew (CEO) and again no response.
I would recommended definitely not purchasing from Premium Lithium as their aftercare service is appalling and I have no option but to take legal action to recover my money.
Be aware of scamming methods
Be aware of scamming methods, they are trying to get you on promotion but you have 5o pay in advance and the installation will or may happen in 12 months time! This is their last Christmas deal! I would not trust them at all after speaking to one of their seller on the phone.

I needed a quick install end of 2022…
I needed a quick install end of 2022 and at the time it was difficult to find anyone that was free. I almost went down a different route but Matthew made me a deal I could not refuse. I recall he was very busy, but managed to fit me in and at a price that beat most other quotes. As with most other comments, i was sceptical about the upfront payment, but i have to say he was a man of his word. He was also available to answer any queries, and Jonathon was great as the technical supervisor... System is still up and running...
Don't believe the reviews
I left a 1 star review after a genuine experience where they threatened me with court action for another 1 star review I didn't even leave... And now they've flagged that review! Can you see why all their reviews are '5 star'?!

They received a 1 star review on here (because, in my opinion, they're dreadful) and threatened me with court action to intimidate me into removing it when they thought it was me (it wasn't). Makes you wonder how many of the 5 star reviews on here are genuine. Oh and, Premium Lithium, this isn't defamation under Defamation Act 2013 as it's all truth or opinion. In my opinion, this is the worst-run company, ever.

I don’t normally write reviews but on this occasion I have to say how impressed I was with the customer service of the engineer installer Matt and to be honest the whole company at Premium Lithium from start to finish.
Matt was timely, organised & friendly and helped explain the basic things I needed to know and he has delivered and installed a great product all working fine first time.
I cannot recommend this company enough :)

UPS system
Great guys very helpful and accommodating, I have medical equipment so they fitted an unbreakable power supply, this means unlike other systems mine stays on during a power outage.

Satisfied customer.
Paying for any service and waiting months for installation is very unusual. I can confirm that the patient wait has paid off.
The installation is completed now to the highest professional standard.
Though there was initial communication issue on the system, the technical team visited again to resolve it.
I am very satisfied with the whole system and highly recommend Premium Lithium for any solar panels, inverters and batteries installation.

Panels, Batteries and Car Charge
Panels, batteries and car charger installed a few weeks ago and all I can say is fantastic. System works better than could have imagined. I should have done this years ago.
The process of getting everything right took a bit off time but everyone was more than helpful, very knowledgeable and the install team were great. All done in two days! Its defiantly the way forward.
Will be using Premium Lithium again on a small project I am working on and would recommend to all.
