Premiumize product is excellent and very comprehensive.

Their support is outstanding, as they clearly demonstrate a caring attitude towards their customers.

I needed help understanding some of their features, and they went the extra mile to explain everything, in great detail.

Horrible service, too many bad links, had very few with real-debrid. Horrible Horrible. Also shows like mash have no links with premiumize.me, tons when real-debrid qorked.

I was a Real Debrid user for many years. Now I have Premiumize.me and it works just as well. Very fast downloads and an included vpn if you choose to use it. Price is similar to RD when you go for a few years subscription.

Excellent service, speeds are on target, customer service is adorable, I recommend it!

Don't listen to the negative reviews. This is a great service. Use it the way they recommend and you'll see, there are no issues. You pay for what you get. It's fast, reliable, and easy. I don't know of any other service that has the same reliability, variety, and speeds. Sure, their points system could use an update, but I've not had any issues with it so far, and we use it daily. And they're not 'cheap' in comparison to the other ones with less variety, lower quality, slower and worse streams, or the ones that are actively dying these days. It's still peanuts compared to the mainstream services for movies.

Nothing but headaches with this service. First they screwed up and did not apply the premium membership for which I paid to my account. Now they have suspended my account (conveniently a few days after I dropped the Paypal dispute) for no apparent reason. Avoid this company at all costs. Look elsewhere.

Got 2 year plan to wish i had not and their speeds are slow with Downloader 2 it keeps going to 0 then to full speed then to 0 but Real Derbid was good until they only allow you to have 5 torrents only.

A bunch of con artists, steal money and refuse to refund. Service is terrible dies not work and automatically sign you to a recurring contact which is not clear in the initial contract terms.

Any dispute they ignore you and threaten legal action under Malaysian law which is irrelevant depending where you are located.

Steal money then hide and ignore emails.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, DO NOT PASS ON ANY BANK OR CARD DETAILS TO THESE CROOKS.

When their service does not work, they will try and help a bit. When nothing works after that, they still refuse a refund and then state "I would like to point out that the contract you have concluded with us is legally valid. You cannot simply terminate it prematurely and unilaterally. Therefore, in the event of an unjustified chargeback, we will assign the claim to a collection agency, which unfortunately will incur additional costs for you."!!!! They are prepared to get a collection agency for a service that does not work, blimey...

They then state they only use Malaysian law which is not the case, so whatever country you're in, forget that law apparently (not the case but they seem to think so) - absolute scam artists I could not recommend you enough to STAY AWAY.

I have been using Premiumize.me for the past 8 years, yes, the multihoster list has diminished over the years to pretty much non-existence, however, I only use Premiumize.me for VPN, usenet and ‘legal’ torrents/magnets.

The VPN list is limited, but, works at full download speeds in comparison to other VPN vendors that throttle your download speed. The price if brought on an annual plan is on par with other VPN services, however, you get all the other additional benefits that other players lack like torrents and usenet, 1000gb file storage etc (not to mention a very concise step by step user guide for pretty much every OS and platforms).

From the price point, I think it is very competitive for the services offered. The main selling point they do not log your activity, if I remember correctly they only log your name and email for renewal purposes. I have mine setup as not to ne renewed. I like to have the option to pick and choose when I want to renew or not. So far I have renewed every year. Last year I took advantage of the Black Friday discounted 2 year deal.

The only negative I would say is the customer service can take a while to answer queries.

I don't understand why all the bad reviews of Premiumize.me, The service is top notch, Premiumize.me even has an official android app, both for mobile devices and Android TV.

The negative reviews are most likely end user error.
The pros: have windows PC handle magnet links with one click.
Usenet support, Premiumize.me will convert nzb files into ISO files, or you can configure your favorite download software, like Sabnzbd, Nzbget.
VPN, admittedly, I don't really use, but the VPN does work, and has good write up on how to setup.
1000GB cloud storage, excellent value, can make separate folders to index your files.

Cons: Price. The price is not crazy high, but compared to Premiumize.me competitors it's a little steep.
With that said, Premiumize.me cost is discounted in line with its competitors with Xmas, black Friday, other sales, so not really a con.

no links for firestick. the was not helpful at all

used to be the best but now its just gone all money grabbie! they've upped their fair use factor to 4 for some file hosts with no indication of this happening anywhere on the site, they've also started using a new payment broker which has increased the price with hidden 'tax' charges and forces you to have a subscription that self renews and the best bit is you cant get the service working for a lot of links now and when you do the speed is slow (drop.download offers 1mb/s for free acounts but i cant get anything over 100mb's to download when using this service, it just kicks me to a captcha now) its sad to see this once good multi-host go the same way as all the other!

07/02/2023 update: now after they changed stuff so you can put premiumize links into jdownloader i cant put a direct link into jdownloader cos it just picks up the data on the page not the file associated to the link. for me this service has now become unusable.

19/05/2023 update: a lot of file hosts like drop.download have been removed with no notification, the only usable file hosts left are: mediafire, ddownload and filefactory (and almost noone uses them) which begs the question: what are we actually paying for? because in its current state its basically an overpriced torrent processor! needless to say i wont be re-uping my subscription when it ends.

Service has become virtually non-existent, as has the customer service. Completely useless, especially when taking into account the price. Sound advice: look elsewhere.

I contacted customer support. Apparently they had no real answer for the problems I pointed out, so came up with a ridiculous non-answer.
When pressed for a real answer they chose to ignore the whole matter. Instead, my expiring subscription was cancelled without any warning, and all files in my cloud deleted within 1 day.
Great customer service, eh? They're complete crap.

Thought I'd give it a try. Pulls very few links if any. I'll stick with Real-Debrid, which over the past three years has proven to be nearly flawless.

And if your card cant do int. transactions from US, switch banks. It's worth it lol. Premiumize is absolute CRAP on Cinema HD. You hit decent links here and there, but most of the time the regular links work better than the premiums. I tried to stream a new release recently, there were tons of premium links. None of them worked. Real Debrid was always fantastic but my new card can't do international transactions :(

Premiumize offers a lot of features and gives the appearance of being good value for money. Unfortunately, none of the services fully work in the way that you’d expect them to.

Their VoIP service did not work for me at all. When I contacted customer support, it took them over three weeks to eventually declare that calls to UK numbers are not possible. Despite this having been advertised as possible when I joined, and being a large part of why I joined, they did not offer me any kind of refund.

1000GB of cloud storage sounds great but it’s not nearly as accessible as a cloud service should be. The only stable method of uploading your own files is individually (one file at a time) through the website. They have recently added the option of using SFTP Access but it is in a Beta phase and is buggy.

I have not had any trouble with the premium download (debrid) services but the range of file hosters they offer is poor compared to some of their rivals. None of the major file hosters are supported. Download speeds seem to vary greatly; sometimes it’s blisteringly fast, other times sluggishly slow.

I have not tried their VPN as I already have a dedicated VPN provider. I had intended to use Premiumize’s VPN when my existing subscription expires however; judging from my experiences with their other services, I very much doubt it will be a comparable replacement.

Premiumize is not cheap and I only joined with the expectation of using it to replace individual subscriptions with other dedicated service providers so that I'd be paying less overall. Unfortunately, it has become painfully clear why Premiumize does not offer any kind of free trial: they don’t want you to realise how substandard their services are until they safely have your money.

Sadly, Premiumize is no longer the service it once was. The elimination of a number of North American servers has reduced the quality of service for many clients, resulting in slower speeds and more buffering when streaming. Its additional “features” have also become far less reliable. What used to be the best service for me is now behind competitors. No matter which server I choose, I get buffering. Two years ago, when there were more server choice, I never experienced buffering when I chose the fastest servers (all of which are now gone). Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Premiumiz.me as a "multihoster" does not work for me. I do not know about their other features like VPN service but if you are looking for a premium filehost downloader DO NOT SIGN UP. Nothing ever works. Filespace, Fileal, Turbobit, Xubster (...) everything is flat out marked as "down" (they only show this after you sign up) or as "unstable". And that basically means down, too. I had zero success in downloading anything. There might be one or two hosts (that no one ever uses) that are working fine. But if you are looking for support of hosts that are used on forums and blogs then stay away. Strongest warning.
