Am satisfied with the service providers

Great customer service. Had issue with Forno oven and Forno was dragging their feet and not responding while still under warranty. I had to personally cover the cost of the repair, around $500, and Premium Home Source reimbursed me as Forno was not responding.

Great to work with, fast response time, and quick solutions. Recommend Forno based on product quality for the most part, but not for their customer service. Thankfully PHS picked up their slack in that area. Will use PHS again for future appliance needs.

Easy to order website. Communications as to shipping time, arrival, etc. kept me informed when appliances would arrive.

I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service! They are truly amazing—knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. What stood out the most was how quickly they follow up. Any time I had a question or needed clarification, they responded in a fast and efficient manner. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

From the first contact with Sarah, it has been a fabulous experience. I suffered a horrific accident and really needed to return my purchase as I would not have been able to use it. She was kind and understanding and worked with me with compassion. I totally cannot say enough good things about her.

Great communication, great delivery

Ording process was simple, and sales staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our MRCOOL DYI 4 Zone 36,000 BTU system with four 9,000 BTU ceiling cassettes arrived with no damage at all. There were no missing components. The ceiling cassettes came with 30' electrical cables and long drain tubes. Neither of these would be used since the line sets ordered with the system, which were longer, come with matching electrical cables and the drains use 3/4" PVC pipe. So, these parts are just waste. The installation went as smooth as can be expected for this type of system. Did not need to contact customer support for any reason. System works perfectly. Smart features work perfectly as well with Google Home. My one complaint would be I was told I would receive the unit in one-month because it was on back order. That turned out to be over five months. I don't blame Premium Home Source since they probably got the information from MRCOOL. But it all worked out so I'm happy.

I ended up having to return some items that were damaged. No fault of PHS. I had to get a refund. Alex helped my through the process. He was great.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size range for my new kitchen. When I discovered this, I had to change not only the order for the range, but also the hood vent. The team at PHS was very helpful with the order changes and with scheduling delivery of all 6 appliances on the same day after closing. Thank you!!!

I had a whole Kitchen full of Forno Appliances for a build out restoration that was almost ready to go on the market.....Still no appliances from Forno!
I escalated the issue and spoke with Alex, he immediately has a few suggestions on what to do and how to get all the appliances to me to meet our construction deadlines! He made it happen and thus I am very impressed and forever grateful to Alex.

Good product good delivery

I have an order for a full set of appliances, and the Customer Service team is spot on… I’m on hold for one of the appliances to come into stock… as I knew this when I purchased, they continue to respond quickly to my inquiries… so I’ll have to say so far so good I really have no complaints… once I receive my appliances, I can upload pictures… bottom line is I love the customer service and the prices of this company highly recommend

Delivery was fantastic and the guys bringing the appliances were so nice and helpful. I love the appliances and the made sure to deliver them with care. They removed the packaging and even took the trash with them.

I just recently remodeled my Kitchen and my choice of product was the Zline package , great quality and made my home looks like something out of a magazine. 😊

Great products at great prices and excellent customer service!

Zero actual stars. They refused to pick up the damaged range, then refused to refund my cost when it was stollen waiting for them to pick it up. Not once was i talking to someone in the States as they just kept refusing to pick up the damaged range until delivery of the new range. I had no ability to carry the range up 3 flights of stairs with broken glass just to carry it down again for return. The delivery drivers also refuse to climb stairs- leave it on curb (i have no driveway). This company taught me an expensive lesson. Do NOT deal with online companies. Walk into Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy etc. Premium Home Source takes zero responsibility. After months of emails and communication with banks and better business bureau my 1600 dollars was never returned. I paid 1600 dollars and have nothing to show for it other than a damaged glass top stove that was stollen from my front yard after many weeks of refusal by PHS to pick it up.
