They called to tell me they had to substitute part of the order and sent me a photo before delivering and then an email upon delivery. I was very pleased with the arrangement and will use them again. Extremely Disappointed with Your Service
I am absolutely furious and deeply disappointed with your company. My order was never delivered, and no one even bothered to notify me in advance that the bouquet of roses would not arrive. This is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, you refused to offer a compensation for the inconvenience and emotional damage caused. This shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for your customers.
I will never recommend your service to anyone ever. You have completely lost my trust.

I’ve been using Premium Florist for a few months now. In the beginning, their service was reliable—orders were on time, and I was satisfied. Unfortunately, over the past few months, their service has deteriorated significantly. Deliveries are consistently late, and sometimes orders go missing altogether.
I even switched to another company for deliveries in Colombia because of these issues, but decided to give Premium Florist another try with Order #0839433 yesterday. To my disappointment, the order that was supposed to be delivered by 2 PM never arrived—even by 7 PM. What’s worse, their customer service had no updates or useful information and seemed indifferent about the situation.
In the end, the order was not delivered at all. This level of service is unacceptable. I do not recommend Premium Florist, and I’ll be filing a chargeback with my credit card company to recover the refund.

We truly regret the negative impression you had with your order #0839433 and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We would like to clarify that in this case, the order was delivered on time at the security gate of the recipient’s residence, as previously communicated.
Throughout the delivery day we attempted to reach the recipient multiple times, but the calls went unanswered and there was no active WhatsApp number available. For this reason, and to avoid leaving the order undelivered, we proceeded to leave it safely at the security gate with proper proof of delivery.
We understand your frustration, especially since we have successfully delivered to this same recipient in Valledupar on several previous occasions. While we recognize that unexpected situations may occur and we take every comment into account to improve, it is also important to note that we cannot assume responsibility when the recipient repeatedly does not answer or facilitate the delivery.

Terrible Experience!
I ordered a bouquet of flowers from Premium Florist, and they sent the wrong order. As you can see from my excerpted email below, they agreed that they had made a mistake, and promised to send a new order within three days. They never sent the new order. They completely lied to me, and then ignored me! I have reached out to them multiple times to make this situation right, but they do not return my emails or phone calls. It's absolutely unethical and terrible customer service! I would strongly advise anyone against using Premium Florist. They are an unethical company and provide terrible customer service! Please read their email to me below.
