Excellent and efficient service, always trying to help and even source products they don't carry. Delivery is usually on the day, if the order made early.

Quick and quality service.
Have ordered soup bases for hotpot twice now, and delivery was prompt (less than 48 hours after ordering, and I ordered on a Saturday, so very impressed). They also wrote a nice note thanking me for using their service. Was very impressed.
