Overall
Overall, our experience the past months here has been adequate. There have been moments of frustration regarding condescending communication about conference room use, as well as disregard from staff to even hold a door open while we were moving large items. While these have been single occasions, they do stand out and lead us to provide an average review of our experience here so far.

I was very dissatisfy with the service…
I was very dissatisfy with the service and lack of customer service at this location.
Coffee was always empty and this place does not even have a proper water dispenser.
Will not return or recommend to anyone

Excellent experience. From seeking a space, the negotiation, and the subsequent support, this has been a very pleasant journey.
The team in the office make it welcoming and are super helpful.
Could not ask for more.

Perfect location in Carmel Valley
Perfect location for executive suites, excellent facilities, good adjacent parking, friendly & professional reception staff, good technical support for Internet when needed, reasonable rental rates with discount.
Only issue is lack of rent auto payment option.
