Outstanding service

Outstanding service.
Post office "lost" delivery and Ruth at Premier Vaping immediately sent a replacement order via special delivery.
Brilliant response and excellent customer service. Always good to be using companies that offer that level of service. Will be using them going forward. Many thanks to Ruth.

Take far too long to deliver if delivering at all

Take far too long to deliver if delivering at all. Almost 2 weeks now ordered a product UK to Ireland, poor customer service and royal mail hasn't received the product yet

It takes this company far too long to…

It takes this company far too long to send the product our - usually a full 7 days before it is received despite paying for 48 hour delivery. I used this company for a long time but not anymore. I have found much better service elsewhere.

Amazing company and service

Been a customer of Premier Vaping for about a year now and can honestly say one of the best places to buy vaping products I have come across. Prices are fair, service is brilliant, products arrive on time and packaged well but the main thing I like about Premier Vaping is they always keep stock up to date and fresh.
